職位描述

注塑操作注塑技術(shù)研發(fā)注塑工藝塑料ABS樹脂PPS樹脂汽車研發(fā)/制造汽車零部件
工作職責(zé)：
1.注塑工藝調(diào)試；
2.換模員技能的提升與培訓(xùn)；
3.對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場員工的操作手法進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和稽核；
4.新項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品調(diào)試對生產(chǎn)員工的培訓(xùn)；
5.合理化改善的提出與主導(dǎo)實(shí)施；
6.量產(chǎn)品注塑工藝定期收集與分析：依計(jì)劃收集與分析，針對性的解決可能發(fā)生的問題，預(yù)防重點(diǎn)或批量問題的發(fā)生）；
7.生產(chǎn)過程突發(fā)性品質(zhì)問題的處理（現(xiàn)場緊急支持與對策）；
8.上級安排的其它臨時(shí)任務(wù)，工藝技術(shù)難題攻克，并制定有效對策實(shí)施推動；
任職要求：
1.中專及以上學(xué)歷；
2.在注塑行業(yè)從事注塑工藝技術(shù)工作2年以上，熟悉海天等品牌注塑機(jī)的操作；
3.具備優(yōu)秀的規(guī)劃能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、客戶導(dǎo)向，專業(yè)技術(shù)能力等；
4.注塑材料特性掌握，能獨(dú)立從事注塑工藝調(diào)整，保證量產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定性。
5.能接受倒班工作時(shí)間；
