Responsibility:
Injection moulding experience preferred
Supporting the technology analysis for F.S,C&E matrix,FMEA
The technology analysis for process and key parameters
Create and updated production's routing & BOM operation
Take responsibility for all production's BOM operation in ERP
To prepare the fixture or jig, validation, acceptance and transfer follow Scanfil procedure in NPI phase
Create production information to prepare programing with Valor PP software, DFM report with Valor PP if customer needed
DFM is needed if there is some technology or design issue in whole production lifecycle
Create MES key information requirements(Such as NPI job, data collection, production label format)
Production line layout with support from IE to keep productivity, cost, and quality in agreed frame
Estimate the process rationality(Such as PCB layout, line balance, automation method) to reduce cost and waste
Collect and solve the issue in NPI phase to ensure NPI smooth transfer Mass Run
Sample making or pilot run follow up during project phase
Operation model implemented and optimize for new project(labor time, process flow chart, work center)
Meet NPI target
Implement Mistake proofing procedure
Leader new process study and solution implement(include to create new process procedure)
Engineering support to material and manufacturing and other functional department to reach or over company's target
Create and optimize process procedure (DFM rules, stencil documents, SPI control spec)
Coordinate the engineering activities during new project phase/mass run phase for assigned projects
Provide necessary training for operators of new project
Requirements:
More than 5 years experiences in PCBA process development (SMT,Wave,PCBA assembly)
Very strong problem solving skills be familiar with 8D ,5 WHY analysis and QC 7 tools
