ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Design and develop seat comfort systems (seat heaters, comfort cools etc.) in direct contact with customer technical personal according to Gentherm APQP/PCP procedures as below:
依照捷溫如下APQP/PCP流程,直接與客戶技術(shù)人員交流,設(shè)計和開發(fā)包括座椅加熱通風等功能的座椅舒適系統(tǒng):
1. Design of heater/ VTB/Steering wheel heater: heater/通風袋/方向盤加熱墊的設(shè)計
- Based on customer input- specification/ technical requirement / drawing/ 3D data …to prepare and release master design, create BOM, define package agreement;
- 根據(jù)客戶輸入-標準/技術(shù)規(guī)范/圖紙/3D 數(shù)據(jù) …來準備并發(fā)布 master 設(shè)計, 建立 BOM, 制定包裝規(guī)范;
- Update design according to customer/ internal change during development;
- 在開發(fā)過程中根據(jù)客戶新的輸入/內(nèi)部需求更新設(shè)計
- Invite meeting for design review;
- 召集設(shè)計評審會議;
- Design DFMEA;
- 準備DFMEA;
- Coordinate whole system-including Heater/ VTB/ ACT/ ECU(set point)/ Material/ Blower(size, rotate speed and others in case system required) to make sure system interface is compatible during development change; 
- 協(xié)調(diào)開發(fā)更改過程中,各個接口-包括 加熱墊/ 通風袋/ 線束/ 電子控制單元(調(diào)節(jié)溫度值)/ 原材料/ 風扇(尺寸,轉(zhuǎn)速和其他情況下系統(tǒng)要求)之間的配和及其他系統(tǒng)要求;
- Finalize significant and critical characteristics; 
- 制定出SC/CC特性;
- Design interface parts between seat and system-including Heater/ VTB/ ACT/ Material/ Blower; 
- 設(shè)計連接座椅和整個系統(tǒng),包括Heater/VTB/ACT /Material/Blower的接口
  2. Prototype: 樣品  
- Release prototype drawing and create BOM in PDM;  
- 釋放樣品圖紙并在PDM中建立 BOM 表  
- Order prototypes;  
- 訂購樣品;  
- Participate sample production for each new level change for technical support;  
- 參加每次新樣品的生產(chǎn)以做技術(shù)支持;  
- Analysis problems during prototyping and implement improvement into product design;  
- 分析樣品中的問題并實施到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中;  
- Support and evaluate for seat build for testing and customer show;  
- 協(xié)助試驗或者展椅的制作;
  3. DV Test: DV試驗
  - Create and release DVP with Lab engineer and PM;  
- 和試驗工程師及PM一起制定并release DVP;  
- Issue test request;  
-填寫試驗申請;  
- Submit test sample/ seats to Test lab according to timeplan;  
- 按照試驗時間提交試驗樣品/座椅  
- Support test lab for testing set up;  
- 協(xié)助試驗工程師進行試驗設(shè)置;  
- Support test lab for related test equip build up;  
- 協(xié)助試驗工程師進行相關(guān)試驗設(shè)備的制作;  
- Support test lab for specification analysis;  
- 協(xié)助試驗工程師分析試驗標準;  
- Analysis test result and implement into design improvement;  
- 進行試驗分析用于設(shè)計改進;
  4. Transfer design: 轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)品設(shè)計  
- Invite meeting to evaluate master drawing and customer drawing from other location;  
- 召集會議對轉(zhuǎn)過來的圖紙包括客戶圖紙進行評審;  
- Feedback and coordinate technical change with lead designers of other location;  
- 與主設(shè)計者反饋并協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)更改;
  5. Production Preparation準備生產(chǎn)  
- Release production parts into PDM and copy into SAP, notify project team for maintain;  
- 將要生產(chǎn)的parts釋放到PDM,復制到SAP中,并通知project team進行產(chǎn)品維護  
- Complete PVP;  
- 完成PVP  
- Create and release PVP with Lab engineer and PM;  
- 和試驗工程師及PM一起制定并release PVP;  
- Issue test request;  
- 填寫試驗申請;  
- Submit test sample/ seats to Test lab according to timeplan;  
- 按照試驗時間提交試驗樣品/座椅  
- Support test lab for testing set up;  
- 協(xié)助試驗工程師進行試驗設(shè)置;  
- Support test lab for related test equip build up;  
協(xié)助試驗工程師進行相關(guān)試驗設(shè)備的制作;  
- Support test lab for specification analysis;  
協(xié)助試驗工程師進行試驗標準的理解;  
- Analysis test result and implement into design improvement;  
進行試驗分析用于設(shè)計改進;
  6. Trial Run: 試生產(chǎn)  
- Participate trial run production of each start of process for technical support;  
- 參與試生產(chǎn)每道工序的前期以提供技術(shù)支持;  
- Analysis problems during trial run and improvement into product design;  
- 分析試生產(chǎn)中的問題并實施到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中;  
- Zero Series / PPAP  
- Participate Job 0 production for each new level change for technical support;  
- 參與Job 0生產(chǎn)每道工序的前期以提供技術(shù)支持;  
- Analysis problems during Job 0;  
- 分析 Job 0生產(chǎn)中的問題;  
- Create ECR and improvement into product design;  
- 創(chuàng)建ECR并將改進實施到設(shè)計中;
  ? Design seat heaters/ comfort cools and prepare BOMs for calculation of new or updates quotations  
設(shè)計加熱墊/通風舒適系統(tǒng),準備材料設(shè)計清單,對新產(chǎn)品進行報價或更新已有報價  
? Collect and maintain project relevant information and inform the respective departments (sales, quality, order center etc.)  
收集和維護項目的相關(guān)信息,通知銷售,質(zhì)量,訂單中心等相關(guān)部門  
? Participate in Gentherm local or global teams

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
? Bachelor degree  
學士學位  
? Fluent English skill of speaking and wirting  
流利的英語交流和書寫  
? Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering  
機械類或電氣工程類專業(yè)/機械設(shè)計/自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)  
? Know well about basic project management knowledge and give improvement suggestion through cost management/quality management/risk management  
掌握項目管理基礎(chǔ),能夠通過成本管理、質(zhì)量管理以及風險管理對整個項目提出改善建議;  
? Know well about the lean basic knowledge, identify the waste and lead relevant departments to do improvement work  
掌握Lean Basic基礎(chǔ)知識;并能有效識別浪費帶領(lǐng)相關(guān)部門作出改善;  
? Design the drawing independently  
能夠獨立進行設(shè)計圖紙制作  
? 3-5 years’ working experiences as a product design engineer in mechanical field.  
3-5年汽車行業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計經(jīng)驗
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  
? Know well and applying the APQP、FMEA、 SPC、 MSA and PPAP of automotive industry quality tools  
掌握APQP、FMEA、 SPC、 MSA和PPAP汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量工具知識以及應(yīng)用;  
? Know well about the SCIO software-FMEA  
熟悉SCIO software-FMEA  
? Know about the GD&T, and can identify the GC&T drawings/ GD&T  
能夠讀懂產(chǎn)品GD&T的圖紙  
? Well applying the CAD、CATIA 、UG to finish the product and technical confirmation  
能夠熟練應(yīng)用CAD、CATIA 、UG等工具完成產(chǎn)品需求與技術(shù)確認;  
? Know well about the IATF 16949:2016 and design related terms requirements  
熟悉IATF 16949:與設(shè)計相關(guān)的條款,了解客戶需求;  
? Know well about the tolling design and management process  
熟悉工具設(shè)計,以及工具設(shè)備的管理流程;
  TRAVEL: Travel to work related supplier sites 出差到相關(guān)供應(yīng)商
