設(shè)計(jì)工業(yè)自動(dòng)化
一. 職責(zé)描述
1. 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)
l 設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),包括PLC、HMI(人機(jī)界面)、SCADA(數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng))及工業(yè)機(jī)器人集成。
2. 編程與調(diào)試
l 編寫(xiě)PLC程序(支持西門(mén)子、三菱、等主流品牌),使用梯形圖、結(jié)構(gòu)化文本等語(yǔ)言。
l 配置HMI/SCADA界面,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備監(jiān)控與數(shù)據(jù)可視化。
3. 硬件選型與集成
l 選配傳感器、執(zhí)行器、伺服電機(jī)等硬件,確保兼容性及成本效益。
l 完成電氣柜設(shè)計(jì)及布線,使用AutoCAD或EPLAN繪制圖紙。
4. 系統(tǒng)調(diào)試與優(yōu)化
l 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試設(shè)備,和安裝 確保系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
l 利用仿真工具(如MATLAB/Simulink)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)性能。
5. 故障診斷與維護(hù)
l 分析設(shè)備故障原因分析解決.
l 制定預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃,更新系統(tǒng)固件及軟件。
6. 協(xié)作與支持
l 與機(jī)械工程師配合完電氣功能能控制
l 為團(tuán)隊(duì)或工人提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn),編寫(xiě)操作手冊(cè)、維護(hù)指南及項(xiàng)目文檔。
7. 安全
l 確保系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和集成設(shè)計(jì)方案符合國(guó)家及國(guó)際電氣安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
l 主導(dǎo)或參與設(shè)備與系統(tǒng)的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,識(shí)別電氣危害,并制定有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降低措施.
二.專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)與技能要求任職要求:
1. 學(xué)歷及專(zhuān)業(yè): 電氣工程、自動(dòng)化、控制科學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年以上自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),有獨(dú)立完成自動(dòng)化設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn).
3. 技能要求
l 精通PLC,HMI WINCC編程及主流工業(yè)通信協(xié)議(Modbus、Profinet、EtherCAT)。
l 精度:伺服步進(jìn)電機(jī)的使用.
l 熟悉電氣設(shè)計(jì)軟件(AutoCAD Electrical、EPLAN)及辦公自動(dòng)化工具。
l 具備集成工業(yè)機(jī)器人(如發(fā)那科、庫(kù)卡、ABB)和復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)(多軸伺服同步、機(jī)器人-視覺(jué)-PLC協(xié)同)的能力。
l 有PLC 在線遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
l 有豐富的大型項(xiàng)目獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
l 精通功能安全,能根據(jù)ISO 13849-1和IEC 62061進(jìn)行安全回路的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、
l 有參與過(guò)CE、UL等產(chǎn)品安全認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
l 具備熟練的英語(yǔ)讀、寫(xiě)能力,能夠與海外同事進(jìn)行有效的技術(shù)溝通,能夠獨(dú)立閱讀并理解英文技術(shù)文檔
l 具備較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力和解決問(wèn)題的能力,能夠獨(dú)立完成設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試工作
l 工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力.
Automation Electronic Engineer Job Description:
一. Job Responsibilities
1. System Design and Development
l Design automation control system architectures, including PLC, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and industrial robot integration.
2. Programming and Debugging
l Develop PLC programs (supporting Siemens, Mitsubishi, and other mainstream brands) using ladder logic, structured text, and other programming languages.
l Configure HMI/SCADA interfaces to enable equipment monitoring and data visualization.
3. Hardware Selection and Integration
l Select sensors, actuators, servo motors, and other hardware components to ensure compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
l Complete electrical cabinet design and wiring, using AutoCAD or EPLAN for drafting schematics.
4. System Debugging and Optimization
l Conduct on-site equipment debugging and installation to ensure stable system operation.
l Validate system performance using simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance
l Analyze root causes of equipment failures and resolve issues promptly.
l Develop preventive maintenance plans and update system firmware/software.
6. Collaboration and Support
l Collaborate with mechanical engineers to achieve electrical functionality and control integration.
l Provide technical training for teams or operators, and compile documentation such as operation manuals, maintenance guides, and project reports.
7. Safety
l Ensure that system design and integration proposals comply with national and international electrical safety standards.
l Lead or participate in safety risk assessments for equipment and systems, identify electrical hazards, and develop effective risk mitigation measures.
二. Qualifications required:
1. Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Science, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in automation projects; backgrounds in automotive, food processing, or similar industries are preferred. in independently completing automation equipment development projects.
3. Skill Requirements:
l Proficiency in PLC/HMI WINCC programming and mainstream industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT).
l Proficient in the application of servo and stepper motors.
l Familiarity with electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and office automation tools.
l Possesses the capability to integrate industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) with complex motion control systems, including multi-axis servo synchronization and robot-vision-PLC coordination.
l Proficient in online PLC debugging.
l Has extensive experience in independently leading the design of large-scale projects.
l Proficient in functional safety, with the ability to architect safety circuits in accordance with ISO 13849-1 and IEC 62061.
l Has hands-on experience participating in product safety certification projects such as CE and UL
l Proficient English reading and writing skills, enabling effective technical communication with overseas colleagues and independent comprehension of English technical documentation
l Have strong practical skills and problem-solving abilities and be capable of independently completing assemble and debugging.
l Work diligently and responsibly, possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
Additional: Willingness to travel for on-site work; certifications such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) are a plus.
