一. 職責(zé)描述
1. 自動化設(shè)備設(shè)計與開發(fā)
l 需求分析與方案設(shè)計:
和有關(guān)需求等部門溝通,深入了解產(chǎn)品工藝流程、生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍、產(chǎn)能需求等,進(jìn)行自動化設(shè)備可行性分析和方案設(shè)計。
進(jìn)行設(shè)備布局規(guī)劃、工藝流程設(shè)計、節(jié)拍計算、產(chǎn)能評估等,并輸出設(shè)備方案說明書。
l 機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計:
根據(jù)方案設(shè)計進(jìn)行設(shè)備機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,包括機構(gòu)設(shè)計、傳動設(shè)計、零部件選型等。
使用AutoCAD、SolidWorks等軟件進(jìn)行2D/3D圖紙繪制,并輸出完整的工程圖紙(包 括 總裝圖、部件圖、零件圖等)。
進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵部件的受力分析、運動仿真、有限元分析等,確保設(shè)計的可靠性和合理 性。
l 材料工藝選擇:
根據(jù)投資預(yù)算以及設(shè)備功能需求、工作工況,選擇適當(dāng)材料和加工工藝;以使設(shè)備能夠穩(wěn)定運轉(zhuǎn)
l 技術(shù)文檔編寫:
編寫設(shè)備相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔,包括設(shè)計方案、使用說明書、維護(hù)手冊、BOM清單等。
2. 自動化設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試 設(shè)備安裝:
l 設(shè)備安裝:
參與設(shè)備的機械安裝工作,指導(dǎo)安裝人員進(jìn)行設(shè)備組裝、調(diào)試,確保設(shè)備安裝精度和質(zhì)量。
l 設(shè)備調(diào)試:
進(jìn)行設(shè)備的單機調(diào)試和聯(lián)機調(diào)試,解決調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的機械問題,優(yōu)化設(shè)備運行參數(shù),確保設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運行并達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。
3. 技術(shù)支持與培訓(xùn)
l 技術(shù)支持:
提供技術(shù)支持,解決生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的機械自動化問題,進(jìn)行設(shè)備故障分析、診斷和排除。
對現(xiàn)有設(shè)備進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,提高設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性、生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
l 培訓(xùn):
對操作人員進(jìn)行設(shè)備操作、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、安全規(guī)范等方面的培訓(xùn)。
4. 新技術(shù)研究與開發(fā)
l 技術(shù)調(diào)研:
跟蹤機械自動化領(lǐng)域的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新設(shè)備,進(jìn)行技術(shù)調(diào)研和可行性分析。
l 技術(shù)開發(fā):
參與新技術(shù)的引進(jìn)、消化、吸收和再創(chuàng)新,提升公司自動化水平.
5. 安全
l .確保設(shè)計方案符合國家及國際機械安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
l 主導(dǎo)或參與設(shè)備與系統(tǒng)的安全風(fēng)險評估,安全防護(hù)設(shè)計,識別機械運動風(fēng)險,并制定有效的風(fēng)險降低措施.
二. 專業(yè)知識與技能要求任職要求:
1. 學(xué)歷及專業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化、機電一體化、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗:5年以上機械自動化相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有獨立完成大型自動化設(shè)備開發(fā)項目經(jīng)驗
3. 技能要求:
l 具備良好的機械設(shè)計能力,能夠獨立完成機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、零部件選型及圖紙繪制。
l 熟悉常用機械加工工藝,了解機械加工設(shè)備。
l 熟練使用AutoCAD、SolidWorks等機械設(shè)計軟件
l 熟悉安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ISO 12100 - 機械安全 基本概念、設(shè)計通則, ISO 13849-1 - 機械安全 控制系統(tǒng)的安全相關(guān)部件,具備安全防護(hù)設(shè)計技能
l 精通高精度、高速度自動化設(shè)備(如精密裝配、檢測、點膠、焊接、機器人上下料等)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與優(yōu)化。
l 深刻掌握各種精密傳動機構(gòu)(直線電機、DD馬達(dá)、諧波減速器、精密導(dǎo)軌絲杠)、氣動與真空系統(tǒng)的選型、計算與應(yīng)用。
l 具備豐富的工業(yè)機器人(如發(fā)那科、ABB、庫卡)或協(xié)作機器人的末端執(zhí)行器設(shè)計、工裝夾具設(shè)計和機器人工作站集成經(jīng)驗。
l 具備一定的電氣控制知識,能夠與電氣工程師進(jìn)行良好的溝通協(xié)作。
l 具備較強的動手能力和解決問題的能力,能夠獨立完成設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試工作。
l 具備熟練的英語讀、寫能力,能夠與海外同事進(jìn)行有效的技術(shù)溝通,能夠獨立閱讀并理解英文技術(shù)文檔

Automation Mechanical Engineer Job Description:
一. Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development of Automation Equipment
l Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
Communicate with requirement department the process,
understanding of product process flows, production cycles, capacity requirements, etc., and conduct feasibility analysis and solution design for automation equipment.
Perform equipment layout planning, process flow design, cycle time calculation, capacity evaluation, etc., and output equipment solution specifications.
l Mechanical Structure Design:
Based on the solution design, carry out mechanical structure design of the equipment, including mechanism design, transmission design, component selection, etc.
Use software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create 2D/3D drawings and output complete engineering drawings (including assembly drawings, component drawings, part drawings, etc.).
Conduct stress analysis, motion simulation, finite element analysis, etc., for key components to ensure the reliability and rationality of the design.
l Material and Process Selection:
Based on the investment budget, equipment functional requirements, and working conditions, select appropriate materials and processing techniques to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
l Technical Documentation Preparation:
Prepare technical documentation related to the equipment, including design solutions, user manuals, maintenance manuals, BOM lists, etc.
2. Assembly and Debugging of Automation Equipment
l Equipment Assembly:
Participate in the mechanical assembly of equipment, guide personnel in equipment assembly and debugging, and ensure installation accuracy and quality
l Equipment Debugging:
Perform single-machine and integrated debugging of equipment, resolve mechanical issues during debugging, optimize equipment operating parameters, and ensure stable operation and compliance with design requirements.
3. Technical Support and Training
l Technical Support:
Provide technical support to the production department, resolve mechanical automation issues encountered during production, and conduct equipment failure analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Continuously improve and optimize existing equipment to enhance stability, production efficiency, and product quality.
l Training:
Training operators for equipment operating maintenance and safety
regulations, etc
4. Technical Research and Development of new technologies
l Technology Research
Track new technologies, processes, and equipment in the field of mechanical automation; conduct technical research and feasibility analysis.
l Technology Development:
Participate in the introduction, assimilation, and re-innovation of new technologies to enhance the company's automation capabilities.
5. Safety
l Ensure that the design solutions comply with national and international machinery safety standards.
l Lead or participate in the safety risk assessment and protective design of equipment and systems, identify risks associated with mechanical motion, and develop effective risk mitigation measures.
二.Qualifications required:
1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical automation, in independently completing automation equipment development large-scale projects.
3. Skill Requirements:
l Strong mechanical design capabilities, able to independently
complete mechanical structure design, component selection,
and drawing creation.
l Familiar with common mechanical processing techniques
and knowledge of mechanical processing equipment.
l Proficient in using mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
l Familiar with safety standards ISO 12100 - Basic concepts and general principles for design of machinery safety, and ISO 13849-1 - Safety-related parts of control systems, with skills in safety protection design.
l Proficient in the structural design and optimization of high-precision, high-speed automation equipment (e.g., for precision assembly, inspection, dispensing, welding, robot loading/unloading).
l Possesses extensive experience in end-effector design, fixture/tooling design, and robotic work cell integration for both industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA) and collaborative robots
l Basic electrical control knowledge and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with electrical engineers.
l Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills, able to independently complete equipment installation and debugging.
l Proficient English reading and writing skills, enabling effective technical communication with overseas colleagues and independent comprehension of English technical documentation
l Responsible and diligent, with good teamwork and communication skills
