Job description:
您將從事寡核苷酸新藥的研發(fā)工作，負責完成從毫克級到克級的合成批量任務。工作中，您將運用先進的合成系統(tǒng)制備各類復雜寡核苷酸，并與經(jīng)驗豐富的分析、純化研究員緊密協(xié)作，以獲得高純度產(chǎn)物。此外，您還將有機會與跨國藥企的藥物化學專家進行面對面交流學習。
Youwill be responsible for the synthesis of oligonucleotides in mg to gram scale. In this role, you will have opportunities to use the most advanced automatic synthesis system to prepare various complex oligonucleotides and work with experienced analysis and purification researchers to obtain oligonucleotides with high purity. You will communicate with the experts from multinational pharmaceutical companies face to face.
工作職責
Responsibilities
1、學習使用不同的自動合成儀以及優(yōu)化參數(shù)。
2、設計寡核苷酸的合成路線。
3、對寡核苷酸合成的分析數(shù)據(jù)進行解析，并對合成方法進行適當?shù)膬?yōu)化。
4、配合項目經(jīng)理或副總定期向歐美客戶定匯報課題進展情況；
5、及時地書寫英文E-Note、日報和結題報告；
6、根據(jù)公司要求，及時地總結工作，上交實驗數(shù)據(jù)資料。
1. Learns to operate different automatic synthesizer and to optimize parameters.
2.Proposes synthetic plan for different oligonucleotides.
3.Independently interprets analytical data of oligonucleotides synthesis, optimizes synthetic method properly.
4.Regularly cooperates with project managers or VPs to report project progress to domestic or foreign clients.
5.Timely and accurately records English E-Note, prepares daily reports and final reports.
6.Timely summarizes and submits the experimental data according to company policies.
任職要求
Qualifications:
1、有機化學或藥物化學相關專業(yè)博士學歷，研究方向為寡核苷酸；
2、具有較豐富的寡核苷酸合成經(jīng)驗；
3、較強抗壓力，責任心強，具備團隊合作精神，可帶領一至多名實驗助理開展研究工作；
4、優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力。
1.Ph. D. degree in organic/medicinal chemistry with experience in oligonucleotides synthesis ;
2.Extensive experience in oligonucleotides synthesis;
3.Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and team collaboration, capably coaches one or more junior chemists;
4.Fluent in reading and writing in English; ability to effectively converse in English.
