職責(zé)描述 Responsibilities：
負(fù)責(zé)本公司能源的綜合管理工作。Responsible for the company's comprehensive energy management.
1. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)接總部和財(cái)務(wù)部門，做好年度能源消耗指標(biāo)的制定和月度跟蹤；Liaise with headquarters and the finance department to develop annual energy consumption MP and conduct monthly tracking.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)貫徹宣傳國(guó)家能源相關(guān)的法規(guī)和上級(jí)部門的有關(guān)規(guī)定，修改、完善公司能源管理制度，并檢查督促實(shí)施；Implement and publicize national energy-related laws and regulations, as well as relevant regulations of energy management authorities, revise and improve the company's energy management
3. 負(fù)責(zé)完成政府部門下發(fā)的各項(xiàng)能源數(shù)據(jù)的報(bào)送工作和通知下發(fā)等工作；Complete the submission of energy data and notifications issued by government departments.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)能源相關(guān)的內(nèi)審和外審工作；Conduct energy-related internal and external audits.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)組織節(jié)能意識(shí)培訓(xùn)，開(kāi)展節(jié)能合理化建議活動(dòng)，提高員工節(jié)能意識(shí)。Organize energy-saving awareness training, develop energy-saving rationalization proposals, and raise employee awareness.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)本公司節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目的評(píng)估、實(shí)施和節(jié)能效果鑒定工作；Evaluate, implement, and assess the effectiveness of the company's energy-saving renovation projects.
7. 部門布置的其他任務(wù)；Perform other tasks as assigned by department.

任職要求 Job requirements：
1. 五年以上制造行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); More than Five years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. 能源管理或機(jī)電相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；Major in energy management or mechanical and electrical, bachelor’s degree or above.
3. 熟悉能源管理的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉輪胎行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)先；Familiar with relevant standards of energy management, familiar with tire industry standards is preferred.
4. 熟悉制冷機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、變配電系統(tǒng)等的原理、運(yùn)行指標(biāo)參數(shù)；Familiar with the principles and operating index parameters of chillers, air compressors, power distribution systems, etc.
5. 具備良好的大局觀，較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力，良好的溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力，較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任意識(shí)；Have a good overall view, strong ability to withstand pressure, good communication skills, coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
6. 良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力，可以作為工作語(yǔ)言；Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language;
