Principle Activities:
? Coordinate changes to existing and new products to ensure smooth progress.
? Coordinate the change and its implementation date, considering the feasibility of change and monitor time progress, avoid production failure at DRX and customer.
? Cooperate with professional department/team to evaluate and make new change.
? Identify production-oriented change design options and propose change as necessary (e.g. dimension, tolerance, material, manufacturing process, etc.) and implement recommendation after approval by the professional department.
? Check, archive technical documents (e.g. customer drawing, change notice, etc.).
? Cooperate and communicate with Technical Product Management(TPM).
? Dealing with demand of release and production issues in cooperation with Technical Product Management.
? Participate in analysis of FMEA.

? Participate in analysis of FMEA.
? Order, download and distribute the program during production process procedures(e.g.test program, OMP file), and contact relevant professional to deal with program issue.
? Check whether the data in system has been updated (such as MES-ESC), and add when missing.
? Inform the change notice to other relevant function department and publish the meeting minutes.
? Coordinate the rework caused by change and monitor the execution process.
? Participate in complaint analysis and cooperate with professional department to implement corrective action plan.
? Update and maintain CMH.
? Print and distribute customer drawing, 1:1 drawing and telecopy.
? Assist related departments to inquire or coordinate technical information.
? Coordinate PU upgrade to ensure smooth PU progress.
? Cooperate with TPM to complete relevant test optimization.
? Identify the required production capacity and resources in the change meeting with relevant departments
? (e.g. tool, material, etc.).
? Translate the notes which on the 1:1 drawing into local language.
? Maintenance and update PLP/PFD.
? Cooperate with function department to create and maintain the work instruction.
? Coordinate product change management that related to assembly board parts/test adapter, purchase of related equipment/spare parts, inventory control and management of spare parts/consumables to ensure the sustainability of production.
? The management of newly added spare parts includes evaluation of procurement mode, SAP No. application and minimum inventory definition.
? Product change management related to assembly board parts,test adapter and HWZ.
? Management of assembly board number based on OPTIMAIN system, and creation, verification, update and maintenance of BBSL.
? Coordinate assembly board parts & test adapter related issues, including incoming material defects, design defects and optimization, etc.
? Create, update and optimize PIN Sheet, and assist relevant departments to complete the release, upgrade, modification and optimization of the test station and other similar equipment.
? Test station and other similar equipment management and planning, and coordinate the sending of relevant samples.
? Set priorities within stated time and goals.
? Rearrange work process and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks.
? Insure of comply with workflow and superior’s work direction.
Job and Work Requirements:
? Higher education, language-or electric related majors or with other skills.
? More than two years of relevant work experience.
? Good communication and coordination skills, fluent in English or German. Skilled use of office software.
? Familiar with Kaizen, motion & time study etc IE tool.
? Realize automation,equipment and tooling knowledge.
