? More than 3 years working experience in responsible domain area.
? Work with Product Owener to understand requirements and ensure good documentation according to documentation requirement.
? Have the ability to organize exporation and create qualified exploration concecpt (including overall business process analysis and business blueprint creation and business object design ).
? Write qualified user story based on business clarification and exploration including functional user story as well as non-functional requirements.
? Ensure backlog is prioritized while taking technical and business dependencies into consideration.
? Solution proposal design and prototype design, Solution/technical feasibility check.
? Groom user stories with developers and QA to ensure requirements are clear and the team is ready to execute.
? Write I-test case and review UAT test case.
? Demo stories to stakeholders and gather feedback.
? Troubleshoot issues as they arise in various production and non-production environments.
? Drive process improvements through constant, iterative review of our business process architecture’s stability and scalability, developing lean workflows with high quality output, ensuring solutions meet current and future business objectives.
? Use industry standard methodologies to conduct root cause analysis formulating cogent problem statements, process assessment, modeling, and plan for improvement.
? Regular contact of scrum team, PM, Business shareholder, Dev lead and counterparts in Headquarter and region colleagues
? Strong technical aptitude (learns new processes and systems quickly) and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
? Outstanding problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to find the correct solution for complex business problems.
? Professional and proactive communication with clear logic and structure.
? Understand agile software development process, Strong proficiency with collaboration and agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence)
? Fluent in both spoken and written English.
