崗位職責(zé)：
1. Fully Compliance with Otis Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
嚴(yán)格遵守OTIS道德規(guī)范。
2. Strictly compliance with OTIS safety &Environment （EH&S）regulations and local rules , proactively attend and support company’s EH&S activities.
負(fù)責(zé)貫徹實(shí)施奧的斯公司的環(huán)境安全（EH&S）政策和法規(guī)、公司的安全規(guī)程，以及當(dāng)?shù)氐陌踩吆头ㄒ?guī)，積極支持和參與公司的環(huán)境健康安全活動(dòng)。
3. Strictly compliance with OTIS global Energy regulations, enforcement of company Energy policy, timely report all kinds of issues on managing and control Energy to direct supervisor as responsibility.
嚴(yán)格遵守OTIS全球能源管理規(guī)定，執(zhí)行公司制定的能源管理政策。及時(shí)向直接主管報(bào)告工作區(qū)域內(nèi)發(fā)生的各類能源管控存在的問題。
4. Strictly compliance with Act SOX404 requirements.
嚴(yán)格遵守美國SOX404法案要求.
5. Strictly compliance with Export Control Policy.
嚴(yán)格遵守禁運(yùn)政策。
6. Audit contract’s technical、delivery time、price and business terms timely according to contract handling process.
依照《海外合同處理流程》,對(duì)合同中有關(guān)技術(shù)、交貨期、價(jià)格及商務(wù)條款等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行及時(shí)的評(píng)審。
7. Follow up the status of contract technical auditing、layout drawing and customer clarification, priority can be given to any urgent projects if any.
跟進(jìn)技術(shù)評(píng)審、銷售工程制圖、客戶澄清的問題相關(guān)工作的進(jìn)程,特殊項(xiàng)目需加急處理。
8. Calculate the contract’s final price, sign PO with customer, and hand out the shipping documents timely as well as pigeonholed it.
核算合同最終價(jià)格，簽訂PO，及時(shí)移交發(fā)運(yùn)資料并歸檔。
9. Coordinate the delivery period, then arrange contract’s manufacturing timely to satisfy customer’s requirement
協(xié)調(diào)交貨周期，及時(shí)安排合同進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，滿足客戶要求的交貨期。
10. Well mastered the contract auditing method to continuously improve the auditing efficiency and quality.
熟練掌握合同評(píng)審的方式和方法，持續(xù)提高技術(shù)評(píng)審的工作質(zhì)量和工作效率。
11. Analyze the root cause of TB、Escape and AMT, if any , to provide the improvement proposal.
對(duì)于出現(xiàn)的TB、Escape以及AMT，認(rèn)真分析錯(cuò)誤的原因及給出改進(jìn)方案。
12. Manager the major project, following up the whole project in time and coordinate the cooperation between inner section and exterior section to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
負(fù)責(zé)大項(xiàng)目合同的履行,及時(shí)跟蹤項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展情況。協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部部門的合作，確保項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)展。
13. Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
完成本部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分派的其它相關(guān)任務(wù)。
任職資格：
1. Education & Certification教育背景和專業(yè)資格
Bachelor degree or above, majored in International Trade or mechanics technique.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，國際貿(mào)易、機(jī)械專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2.Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4 year or above experiences , experienced with Mechanical or foreign trading will be plus
4年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有機(jī)械或外貿(mào)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. Knowledge專業(yè)知識(shí)
Proficient in windows office software 熟練掌握并使用計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件。
Well mastered English, freely communicated with customer in both oral and written English. CET-4 CET is required. 能用中英文書寫與口語流利溝通。具有大學(xué)英語4級(jí)及以上證書
