Job Responsibilities：
1.全面負(fù)責(zé)自動(dòng)化團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和運(yùn)行統(tǒng)籌，參與新產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃和自動(dòng)化設(shè)備項(xiàng)目開發(fā)提供技術(shù)支持.

2.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自動(dòng)化技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，參與新產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃和自動(dòng)化設(shè)備項(xiàng)目方案啟動(dòng)/評估/設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā), 制定工作計(jì)劃，從設(shè)備概念的整理布局和詳細(xì)方案評估，整體方案的規(guī)劃和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理，并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決問題以保證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。
Lead the automation technology team, participate in the planning of new production lines and the initiation/evaluation/design and development of automation equipment project plans, develop work plans, organize and evaluate equipment concepts and detailed plans, plan and standardize overall solutions, and lead the team to solve problems to ensure project progress.
3.構(gòu)建設(shè)備安全和高效率運(yùn)行體系.

在自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)執(zhí)行階段，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員從安全/節(jié)省人力/成本/效率/報(bào)廢率等多角度主導(dǎo)和統(tǒng)籌自動(dòng)化方案的實(shí)施和推進(jìn)，使設(shè)備盡可能的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，模組平臺(tái)化和生產(chǎn)柔性化及數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表智能化進(jìn)行落地實(shí)行。 以及現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的升級(jí)改造， 建立基于OEE 設(shè)備的效能管理體系，持續(xù)優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的綜合效率。
During the initiation and execution phase of automation projects, lead team members to lead and coordinate the implementation and promotion of automation solutions from multiple perspectives such as safety, labor saving, cost, efficiency, and scrap rate, in order to achieve equipment standardization, modular platformization, production flexibility, and intelligent data reporting. And upgrading and renovating existing equipment, establishing an efficiency management system based on OEE equipment, and continuously optimizing the comprehensive efficiency of key equipment.

5. 主導(dǎo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的動(dòng)作優(yōu)化和參數(shù)調(diào)試，提升生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍和產(chǎn)品直通率。分析設(shè)備運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表，識(shí)別瓶頸工位，推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。
Leading optimization and parameter debugging of auto machine. improve production and product throughput. Analyze equipment operation data reports, identify bottleneck workstations, and drive continuous.
6.跨部門溝通與協(xié)同，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn).

7.聯(lián)動(dòng)工藝，生產(chǎn)，采購和質(zhì)量部門支持新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入，主導(dǎo)自動(dòng)化相關(guān)改善和移轉(zhuǎn)項(xiàng)目，跟蹤實(shí)施效果和固化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程，主導(dǎo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備動(dòng)作優(yōu)化和調(diào)試時(shí)效性.

Job requirements:
1. 本科學(xué)歷或以上，機(jī)械工程/自動(dòng)化/機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)，有同行業(yè)者優(yōu)先且優(yōu)秀者可放寬學(xué)歷要求。
Bachelor's degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering/Automation/Mechatronics. Candidates in the same industry are preferred, and those with excellent qualifications can relax their educational requirements.
2. 5年以上制造企業(yè)非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備自主開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并擅長自動(dòng)化設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)和整體方案的系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和管理（方案風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和可行性管控/設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理/現(xiàn)代新型的制造技術(shù)的引入）
More than 5 years of experience in developing automation equipment for manufacturing company, proficient in the design and development for mechanical and system planning & managing overall solutions (risk identification and feasibility control of solutions/equipment standardization management/introduction of modern new manufacturing technologies) Robot knowledge will be a plus;
3.熟練使用Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO等軟件，對于PLC及電氣性能有一定了解；
Proficient in using software such as Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO, with a certain understanding of PLC and electrical performance;
4. 5年技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具備大型自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的全流程管理的成功案例. 熟悉精益生產(chǎn)工具和 6Sigma，并有較好的持續(xù)改進(jìn)和技術(shù)優(yōu)化意識(shí)。
5 years experience in managing a technical team and possessing with successful cases of full process management large-scale automation project, familiar with lean production tools and 6 Sigma methodology, Good awareness of continuous improvement and technical optimization.
5. 具備較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，確保自動(dòng)化設(shè)備項(xiàng)目在開發(fā)/制造/移轉(zhuǎn)順利進(jìn)行，以及問題分析及解決的能力。
Possess strong team management leadership and communication coordination skills to ensure the smooth development/manufacturing/transfer of automation equipment projects, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems.
