Purpose of the Job 職位目的:
The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The Human Resources Manager will coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company management team about Human Resources issues. These are the primary objectives:

Key Job Responsibilities主要職責(zé):
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are:人力資源經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)和管理整個(gè)公司的人力資源服務(wù)、政策及各項(xiàng)計(jì)劃。其主要職責(zé)包括:
-Leads the development of department goals, objectives and systems. 負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、制定部門工作目標(biāo)和體系。
-Preparation and maintenance of such relvant reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. 準(zhǔn)備和支持各執(zhí)行部門職能所需的各類相關(guān)報(bào)告。
-Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports. 為管理人員和員工提供必要的教育和培訓(xùn)材料,包括研討會(huì)、手冊(cè)、員工手冊(cè)以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化報(bào)告等。
-Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. 配合建立正向的雇主與員工關(guān)系,并提升員工的士氣與積極性,就員工關(guān)系的優(yōu)化提出實(shí)踐建議。
-Set up and implement recruiting plan and coordinate with other departments. 與其他部門進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào),制定并實(shí)施招聘計(jì)劃。
-Performance management and improvement systems. 建立績(jī)效管理和改進(jìn)體系。
-Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses.制定公司的薪資結(jié)構(gòu)和薪酬政策,并監(jiān)督公司內(nèi)部的變動(dòng)薪酬體系,包括獎(jiǎng)金等。
-Leads participation in at least one salary survey per year. 每年至少參與一次薪酬調(diào)查,了解市場(chǎng)薪酬情況。
-Establish C&B and promotion policy, recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention. 制定薪酬福利和晉升政策,為現(xiàn)行的的福利措施提供建議和改進(jìn)措施,特別是旨在提高員工滿意度和穩(wěn)定性的舉措。

-Ensure office, dormitory, safety guards and canteen’s administration to support company operation.確保辦公室、宿舍、安保及食堂的管理能夠支持公司運(yùn)營(yíng)。
-Coordinate and develop relevant relationships with local government. 與相關(guān)的當(dāng)?shù)卣M(jìn)行建立良好的關(guān)系。
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments. 持續(xù)研究所有人力資源政策、計(jì)劃和方案,使管理層了解最新動(dòng)態(tài)。
Qualifications任職資格:
-University degree
大學(xué)學(xué)歷;
-More than 5 years HR and administrative working experience, and 3 years in supervisor role is preferred.
5年以上的人事與行政相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
-Experienced in manufactory HR department is the must. Similar company industry or business size working experience is the plus.
制造業(yè)相關(guān)人事管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)是必須的。有同類行業(yè)或者業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
-Strong communication skills, loyal, open and initiative, with good sense of responsibilities.

-Working independently and under high pressure.
承受壓力,獨(dú)立開展工作;
-Good English, both in written and spoken.
