Job Profile: Engineering > ETS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work independently to assume responsibility for ensuring all project’s technological requirements and/or objective are correctively gathered, understood, and properly translated/distributed for design team execution. This includes escalating issues to the next level of management Responsible for forecasting project budget and HR needs for current and future site needs Accountable for overall project success-including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management Accountable for BU/Customer satisfaction/relationship both internal and external Form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer objectives Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately Host meetings and conduct complex project status discussions with minimal supervision. Support other project managers in their work as needed, including assisting with the consolidation of budgets, plans, and human resources. Manage site and team operation such as office planning, maintenance, and relevant customer engagements, etc.. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Full knowledge of project management principles, fundamentals and knowledge areas. Comprehensive knowledge of Agile practices. Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes including test validation. Experienced with key project management tools (ie. Microsoft Project) and requirements management tools. Competent in Budget planning, estimating, funding, managing, updating, reporting, and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. Strong technical background to recognize, assess and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. Manage projects in a stage-gate process. Awareness of industry or specific sector, regulatory and safety standards. Proficient in facilitating meetings, site operation activities. NON-TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Influence others and share best practices. Effectively communicate with good understanding of English and local language. Understand and meet customer needs and expectations. Work as part of a global team. Independently manage projects in a stage-gate process. Mentor junior project managers/assistants.
