測(cè)試工程師
As an Endurance Testing Engineer at Mercedes-Benz, you will be entrusted with a critical mission: to rigorously validate the long-term durability and reliability of our cutting-edge vehicles and components. Your expertise will drive the meticulous planning, execution, and in-depth analysis of demanding endurance tests, pushing boundaries to uncover and address potential challenges. By identifying and resolving issues before they reach our customers, you will directly uphold Mercedes-Benz's unwavering commitment to engineering excellence and contribute to delivering the unparalleled quality and lasting performance that defines our brand. Task description:
? Sharing of Endurance testing plan, coorperation on issue findings and issue solving/validation discussion within the overall vehicle testing team.
? Evaluate and verify supplier testing as well as by vehicle driving test runs.
? Technical issue analysis, trouble shooting, solving and reporting.
? Develop testing programs to simulate customer usage on engineering point of view.
? Work together with cross-functional departments such as product planning, quality and other development departments, set up project milestones as well as coordinate activities to ensure tight vehicle engineering development schedule.
? Develop China specific testing profile from Chinese customer perspective.
? Support other departments for special tests.
- Education
? Degree in recognized automotive education
? Fluent English skills
- Experience
? Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships)
? Minium 2-3 years working experience at OEM’s or suppliers
? Excellent driving skills
- Specific Knowledge
? Capability of evaluating test vehicles regarding NVH, Interior/Exterior, Powertrain, Chassis and Suspension behavior;
? Very good technical understanding of overall vehicle structural parts and Endurance testing;
? Vehicle testing experience on proving grounds and China various roads including high altitude and seasonal testing;
? Experienced in trace analysis and big data.
