崗位職責(zé):? - Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements 執(zhí)行在用梯服務(wù)(包括保養(yǎng)、修理、回召處理等),達(dá)到公司管理要求; - Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost 持續(xù)提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,減少勞動(dòng)成本; - Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs 主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),努力提升自我?guī)患寄?,迎合公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求; - Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction 收集和反饋客戶的需求和期望,并積極響應(yīng),提高客戶滿意度; - Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required 記錄和填寫服務(wù)情況報(bào)告,保存完整,滿足公司要求; - Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR 幫助申請(qǐng)與收回到期款項(xiàng), 減少客戶欠款;?- Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards 及時(shí),準(zhǔn)確的回報(bào)工時(shí)和回召,滿足工時(shí)和回召上傳標(biāo)準(zhǔn); - Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor 完成上級(jí)臨時(shí)安排的其他任務(wù); ? 崗位要求: Education Background 教育背景 - 高中、職業(yè)中?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷 持有效電梯作業(yè)資格證書 Work Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) - At least one year experience in installation or maintenance. 至少1年安裝/保養(yǎng)方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 - Customer-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined; 良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)和責(zé)任感,良好的自律性; - Good communication skills; 具有一定的溝通能力; ?
