工作目的
This position will be primarily responsible for all company related tax operation activities to ensure tax compliance and optimization.

Key stakeholders: (internal) Accounting, Treasury, Purchase and sales team, manufacturing operation & engineering, Projects etc. (external) government tax bureau, custom authority, commercial bureau and shareholders etc.
? Provide tax advice to internal customers in line with the CSPCL business plan and the tax policy and procedures.
? Achieve tax optimization and establish best practices in line with international standards for an efficient operation.
工作職責(zé)
1. Provide prompt and effective tax planning and optimization advice to management and all appropriate staff in respect of both direct and indirect tax in order to maximize the Company’s returns.
2. Keep up with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensure efficient and proper tax compliance in respect of CSPC’s operations. Ensure that full and accurate tax records are maintained, including all supporting documentation.
3. Be the main liaison officer with work related authorities (include but not limited to State and Local Tax Bureaus, Ministry of Finance, Customs) in Daya Wan, Huizhou, Guangdong and all other PRC locations where CSPC operates.
4. Take lead in major tax projects such as tax refund, special audit by tax authorities, annual CIT audit, etc., be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and compliance of the projects.
5. Provide necessary support to the accounting department in tax related calculation, e.g. tax adjustment and reconciliation for Corporate Income Tax.
6. Provide tax accountant with work advice and knowledge / experiences sharing.
