工作職責(zé)
公司內(nèi)部：CM:市場洞察、客訴處理（產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進）、新產(chǎn)品客戶認證、產(chǎn)品推廣方案制定 MF/MFT: 試驗驗證、工藝技術(shù)管理（生產(chǎn)工藝確認）戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃部：創(chuàng)新開發(fā)規(guī)劃編制
公司外部：產(chǎn)學(xué)融創(chuàng)（科研創(chuàng)新主體）—創(chuàng)新開發(fā)項目合作、科創(chuàng)管理技術(shù)洞察與需求管理
1.組織并實施標(biāo)桿企業(yè)/競爭對手的產(chǎn)品及專利情況等行業(yè)技術(shù)信息的收集，對行業(yè)級技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢做出研判。
2.拓展需求收集渠道，組織并開展行業(yè)級開發(fā)需求的收集分析、驗證評估與分發(fā)，識別產(chǎn)品開發(fā)機會。創(chuàng)新開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略與目標(biāo)管理
3.參與制定行業(yè)級中長期創(chuàng)新開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，繪制創(chuàng)新開發(fā)路線圖，明確（聚烯烴、聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯）關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)品技術(shù)發(fā)展方向。
4.參與制定年度產(chǎn)品開發(fā)路標(biāo)圖，明確新老產(chǎn)品迭代及資源分配計劃，跟蹤執(zhí)行進度并動態(tài)優(yōu)化。
5.參與部門年度計劃的制定，編制行業(yè)級年度創(chuàng)新開發(fā)計劃并組織實施。產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
6. 組織制定并實施產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃，覆蓋產(chǎn)品從實驗室小試到中試、試生產(chǎn)的全過程，并在開發(fā)過程中協(xié)助CM實施客戶認證工作，確保產(chǎn)品開發(fā)各項任務(wù)有序推進，按時達成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)目標(biāo)。
7. 組織產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方案的評審，審核產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件（BOM、工藝參數(shù)、測試報告等），確保產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方案符合質(zhì)量規(guī)范。
8. 參與產(chǎn)品試驗驗證方案的評審，確保試驗驗證工作的順利開展。
9.組織量產(chǎn)方案的評審，審核產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件（BOM、工藝參數(shù)、測試報告等），確保產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)方案符合質(zhì)量規(guī)范?？苿?chuàng)管理

13.協(xié)助實驗室體系建設(shè)（如實驗操作指南等），組織執(zhí)行實驗室各類操作規(guī)范，遵守HSE管理規(guī)定。
14.負責(zé)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團隊管理
15.完成上級交代的其他與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)/改進相關(guān)的任務(wù)
任職資格
博士畢業(yè)10年及以上；職業(yè)經(jīng)歷特別優(yōu)秀者可放寬至碩士畢業(yè)15年及以上

In 2016 agreement was reached between the partners to expand CSPC more than doubling the production capacity with the addition of a 1.2 Million Ton/Year Ethylene per year creating an additional 4.0 Million Tons/Year of petrochemical products(C2).The partners are Shell Nanhai B.V., a member of the Royal Dutch Shell, with a 50 per cent stake, and CNOOC Petrochemicals Investment Company Limited(CPIL), also with 50 per cent. CPIL is owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)(90%) and Guangdong Guangye Investment Group Company Limited(10%).The CSPC petrochemicals complex incorporates the world’s most advanced technologies and utilizes modern management systems and international standards in the design, construction and operation of the complex. Its adoption of 13 patents through international bidding ensures it operates on the cutting edge of technology. The majority of its process units are world-scale. Additionally CSPC applies the principles of sustainable development throughout the design, construction and operation of the complex, demonstrating its strong commitment to the community and the environment.
