Primary Role Objective:
The role is responsible for design review, procurement and site delivery management(off-site fabrication, site installation, testing and commissioning, handover) of ELV systems & packages which including BMS&EMS, Automation, Security, IT, Fire Alarms etc.,. Primary goal is to ensure facilities and related systems operate safely and efficiently according to the design requirement and user requirement.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:
? System Design Review & Implementation: Review the Constructability and Commissioning-ability of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Environment Monitoring System (EMS), Automation, Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm System), IT and Fire Alarm System tailored to specific building needs. Coordinate with the A/E and LDI to ensure the comments are implemented in the design
? Prepare RFP packages(SOW, Technical Specs, BOQ etc) for tender, and participate in whole procurement process from Technical perspective, conduct TBE, host tender interview and clarification, finally compile recommendation report, and contract technical part.
? Management of Off-Site & Onsite Installation & Commissioning, Manage all relevant trade contractors to delivery according to their contract requirement.
? Proactive to manage the interface with other packages and trade contractors such as MEPF, Equipment, Process, Cleanroom etc. ensure no gap and support team members to identify key issues related to the interfaces.
? As package owner, be accountable for the safety, quality, schedule and cost for all ELV packages to comply with Vita Partners operation procedure
? Manage the contractor’s development testing and commissioning plan according to project requirement, coordinate with CQV consultant if any on any specific project. Provide insight for troubleshooting and problem solving.
? Manage smooth handover of the package work, manage TOP process, to meet project specific requirement.
Qualifications/ Experience
? Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical, or Automation Engineering.
? Proficiency in industry-standard communication and control protocols and hardware in the industry especially, in pharmaceutical industry
? Understanding of HVAC plant operations (chillers, boilers, AHUs), Black utilities and electrical control circuits.
? Good command of English (listening, spoken, writing);
? Hard working, self-driving and committed to job assignment.
? Good team player and know how to collaborate with others both internally and externally to achieve success.
