崗位職責(zé):
1.To manage all purchasing requirements of the Hotel ensuring the Purchasing Policy and Procedure for the hotel is followed and adhered. Any deviations from the policy must be reported to the General Manager immediately.
管理聯(lián)合酒店所有的采購需求,確保采購流程遵守集團(tuán)和酒店的政策和程序。 任何不符合政策的情況都要立即向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
2.Establish product specifications with relevant Department Heads.
與有關(guān)部門管理者建立產(chǎn)品規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3.Obtaining at least three (depending upon value) competitive quotes where possible, from qualified suppliers, to minimize cost to the Hotel.
在可能的情況下,從合格的供應(yīng)商那里獲得至少三個(gè)(取決于價(jià)值)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的報(bào)價(jià),以最大限度地降低酒店的成本。
4.Pricing of purchase orders and determining appropriate supplier to obtain best quality and price.
為采購訂單定價(jià)并決定合適的供應(yīng)商以獲得最佳的質(zhì)量和價(jià)格。
5.Select suppliers impartially based upon cost, ability to meet product specifications, efficiency and quality of their operations, delivery on a timely basis as required and ability to source goods locally to avoid lengthy importation delays.
按以下條件公平地選擇供應(yīng)商:成本、滿足產(chǎn)品規(guī)格的能力、效率、業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量、按要求即時(shí)交貨、有當(dāng)?shù)氐呢浳飦碓纯杀苊忾L(zhǎng)時(shí)間的進(jìn)口延遲。
6.Maintaining food purchasing specifications. Conduct regular inspections of incoming goods for weight, quality and quantity, minimum and maximum stock levels, reordering size, and delivery lead time etc to enable efficient inventory management.
保持食物采購規(guī)范。對(duì)進(jìn)入貨物的重量、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量、最大和最小存貨水平、再訂購規(guī)模、送貨時(shí)間等等進(jìn)行例行檢查,確保有效的存貨管理。
7.Prepare and process import declarations and licenses. Ensure Customs Duty has been paid on time for imported items.
進(jìn)行進(jìn)口申報(bào)和辦理進(jìn)口許可證。確保進(jìn)口貨物按時(shí)交納關(guān)稅。
8.Management Multi-Property Roles according to policy requirements.
根據(jù)要求管理聯(lián)合酒店的相關(guān)事宜。
9.To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成管理層交給的其它任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1.University and above.
大學(xué)及以上資歷。
2.Familiarity and knowledge of all market the hotel, understanding operational challenges.
了解酒店所處市場(chǎng)位置,了解酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)及市場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)。
3.Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向,友善,有良好的溝通技巧。
4.Able to operate computer software program and purchasing system.
熟練操作辦公軟件和采購系統(tǒng)。
5.10 years and above experience and more than 5 years of work experience in luxury brands.
10年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有5年以上奢華品牌工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
6.Candidates with stronger English proficiency will be given priority.
有良好的英語能力者優(yōu)先。
