Responsibilities主要工作職責(zé):
1.Finding collectors nearby factoryto develop open-field strawberry farms.Assist collectorsinvestigate the soil, water source and drainage conditions of the field.工廠附件尋找和開拓露天草莓種植基地，幫助代辦進(jìn)行種植前的水土等基地信息的調(diào)查與確認(rèn)。
2.Guidinggrowers to plant and manage strawberry plantsto followAndros's requirements, visit farm to track the growth of strawberryregularly and giveforward management suggestions.根據(jù)安德魯公司的要求，指導(dǎo)和要求種植戶進(jìn)行草莓基地的種植與管理，通過規(guī)律性基地查看了解和跟進(jìn)基地草莓長勢并給予種植管理意見指導(dǎo)。
3.During the strawberry harvest season, coordinate with the factory, collectors, growers and transportation vehicles to deliver strawberries to the factory on time and in sufficient quantity.草莓收獲期間，協(xié)調(diào)工廠、代辦、種植戶以及運(yùn)輸車輛之間的工作安排，保證草莓保質(zhì)保量按時(shí)送達(dá)。
4.Making work plans for fruit farm development outside,investigating local crops, soil condition, growers’preferencesin the target development area, and then developing demonstrationtrial fieldsto follow details daily management and results analysis based on the trial farm.根據(jù)外圍基地發(fā)展需求制定工作計(jì)劃，調(diào)查發(fā)展區(qū)域的基本作物、土壤、種植戶情況，開展少量種植推廣試驗(yàn)，并持續(xù)跟進(jìn)種植試驗(yàn)的變化與結(jié)果匯總。5.Managing and inspecting farm records of all contracted farms accuratelyand timely. And summarizing all farm records after harvest season.管理和監(jiān)督所有合作種植基地的農(nóng)事操作記錄文件，要求記錄及時(shí)與準(zhǔn)確，并在產(chǎn)季結(jié)束后匯總所有代辦的基地文件資料。6.Developingdifferent kinds of fruits according to processing demanding around 1sttransformation factory.根據(jù)初加工工廠發(fā)展需求在工廠周邊發(fā)展不同水果的合作基地種植。
Requirements崗位要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in agriculture or related yield本科及以上學(xué)歷，農(nóng)業(yè)及相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.At least 3years’ experiencefrom agricultural production, farm managementor fruit and vegetable processing required.要求3年及以上農(nóng)業(yè)種植，基地管理或果蔬加工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Good teamwork ability, capable of sustaining the pressure and intensity of the work, can take business trips.良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力，能承受一定的工作壓力與工作強(qiáng)度，可以接受出差
4.Able to adapt to work in the farm or planting fields.能夠接受在戶外、田間地頭的工作。
5.Native Chinese.English speaking appreciated.語言要求普通話，英語聽說讀寫能力良好者優(yōu)先。
