Purpose of Job
The Manufacture Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant. The Manufacture Engineer works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with inspection procedures. Additionally, the role involves the design and development of tooling, as well as responsibilities related to quality engineering, including quality issue analysis, inspection work instruction updates, and training of inspection personnel. Lead the project and conduct with the supplier to evaluate and develop automation with new technologies implemented based on Lean concept in building up the production line, material flow, layout with high efficiency and UPPH, from automation concept proposal, machine selection, process design, process parameter validation to equipment release.

Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years’ experience as Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer.
- Experience in identifying and resolving process, tooling, and quality issues.
- Experience in process, tooling development, and quality control, including process optimization, tooling design, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in project management, especially projects related to production, process, tooling, and quality improvement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to quality management systems and standards.
