We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in managing and optimizing costs associated with new product development. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross function team to track costs at various stages of product development, compare our costs with competitors, and ensure our cost competitiveness. This position requires a proactive individual with an end-to-end (E2E) mindset to manage costs effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Cost budget management, work closely with the ODT Cross function to set up NPI project plan exit budget.
2. Delivery all cost information include BMC, GTG comparison, Cost comparison vs competitor, and cost trend analysis etc. at all checkpoints.
3. Timely support CSP bidding regarding take the initiative to work with different functional teams and work out reasonable bidding cost
4. Continuously drive cost down through COD process with TEC, Dev, procurement team and marketing team
5. Support cost tape readiness follow ODT product launch schedule
6. Take initiative to stream all cost management related process
7. Deliver clear cost presentation to China and Global executive team
8. Complete ad hoc analysis as required by management team
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. More than 3 years working experience in cost management and Manufacture or OEM environment is a plus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
4. Fluent English in both speaking and writing
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
崗位職責:
該職位主要負責ISG 中國區(qū)新產品成本分析和管理,以及在產品生命周期持續(xù)降本增效。主要包含主動與各個部門包含研發(fā),采購,市場部,產品管理部等溝通協(xié)作,從產品研發(fā)開始管理成本,制定成本目標,與競爭對手進行產品分析以持續(xù)增強我們的成本競爭優(yōu)勢。
1. 成本目標制定,和項目組緊密合作制定在項目計劃退出時的產品成本目標
2. 根據(jù)項目的時間安排,在需要的時間點有效提供產品成本,上一代產品的成本比較分析,以及成本趨勢分析
3. 及時針對中國區(qū)大客戶的投標需求和團隊合作提供合理的投標成本
4. 協(xié)同TEC 工程師、研發(fā)工程師、采購及產品市場團隊,挖掘降本機會
5. 在產品上市的關鍵階段保證成本下發(fā)的準確性和完整性
6. 主動持續(xù)優(yōu)化不同產品的成本管理流程
7. 向全球跨部門團隊(技術層與管理層)清晰傳達分析結果
8. 完成領導臨時交代的成本分析工作
崗位要求:
1. 財務/經濟/工程專業(yè)
2. 3年以上成本管理,工廠或者OEM/科技行業(yè)經驗優(yōu)先
3. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件(Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
4. 中英文口語及書面表達流利
5. 較強的復雜數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,溝通能力,團隊合作能力,解決問題的能力
