KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES It’s responsible for receiving and sorting out the WOs which are from the logistics department. To receive and check the Zoning and Marking kits which were received from BO. To check the Marking and Zoning kits one by one according to the BoM of WO, if there’s any issue will give feedback to BO to update it accordingly. To check whether the information of WO, drawing and BoM are consistent. To sort out the WO and Marking&Zoning kits according to drawing, and pack them as one folder as WO requirements. Print SOI to the production team and maintain it if any new SOI version is released. Handover the aircraft painting documents to the production team. It’s interface between the production team and PPV&RVP&BO, collects the information when it’s a deviation between physical work and documents and feedback to PPV&RVP&BO to solve the issue and clarify the issue to the production team. To archive the aircraft painting documents when aircraft handover to FP. To destroy the aircraft painting documents when aircraft handover to customers. Plan working hour and actual working hour accounting and comparison per aircraft. Maintain the safety stock of Marking and zoning kits. QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: with bachelor degree, in Engineering/Chemical major. EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience in Engineering and Technical domain. REQUIRED SKILLS Technical Skills: Need be familiar with Airbus drawing and Work Order Need be familiar with aircraft painting process, some experience with painting rework Be familiar with NC process and Work Order released in SAP system Technical tools (if applicable): Be familiar with Airbus IT tools, such as MES, OMI, SAP, AIRINA, ECM, NormMaster ect. LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking Soft Skills: SAP experience and basic data analytic skills Good communication skills Comfortable in international environment Be initiative to work, under pressure and flexible
