Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of designers/engineers to deliver high quality, cost effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers. Each day, you will formulate plans and allocate resources to meet the agreed contractual and financial targets. You will also showcase your expertise by initiating, coordinating, driving, and overseeing team development and continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen the engineering and design capability.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.

- 管理數(shù)據(jù)中心和船舶行業(yè)項目工程團(tuán)隊日常工作
了解團(tuán)隊成員的負(fù)荷，合理安排項目電氣/機(jī)械設(shè)計任務(wù)，必要時需要與不同團(tuán)隊溝通和協(xié)調(diào)資源
把控團(tuán)隊設(shè)計質(zhì)量和準(zhǔn)時率，縮短項目執(zhí)行周期，完成團(tuán)隊和部門設(shè)計指標(biāo)
推動團(tuán)隊項目設(shè)計成本節(jié)約
團(tuán)隊建設(shè)以及人才的規(guī)劃和培養(yǎng) - 協(xié)助和協(xié)調(diào)與其他部門的配合
Qualifications for the role

- 5年及以上項目工程部工作經(jīng)驗
- 良好的英語能力以及匯報總結(jié)技巧
