What are your responsibilities? - Responsible for the hardware design, development, testing, and optimization of power converters / inverters from concept to mass production. - Responsible for the detailed design and development of inverter power circuits and components (e.g. semiconductors, drive board); - Conduct electrical and thermal calculation/simulation for power converters/inverters; - Create circuit diagrams, design specifications and components selection; - Technical communication between HQ, factory and suppliers. What do you need to qualify for this job? - A master's degree in power electronics, electrical engineering or automation. - At least 5 years of experience in power electronics hardware design, with a strong preference for experience in traction converters, high-voltage high-power converters, or motor drives. - Proficiency in power electronics topologies and control principles. - Experience in converters/inverters design for rolling stock or electric vehicle is preferred. - Good command of spoken and written English, capable of international team collaboration and technical communication.
