Since 1968, FLO Group has become the biggest restaurant chain in France, it is an umbrella for more than 300 restaurants around the world. In addition to its Brasserie concept, there are also an Italian concept (Bistro Romain) and a Steakhouse concept (Hippopotamus). The group has developed a fresh approach toward the restaurant sector based on leisure, recreation and eating pleasure.
In the 90s, founder Jean-Paul Bucher scanned the cities of China to create the first Brasserie FLO and was attracted by Beijing as he was by Paris three decades earlier.

90 年代,創(chuàng)始人 Jean -Paul Bucher 先生放眼中國欲創(chuàng)建第一家福樓餐廳,就像 30 年前的巴黎一樣,他的目光被北京所吸引。Bucher 先生在 1999 年把北京福樓設(shè)計(jì)成 為與他在巴黎開設(shè)的 Terminus Nord 餐廳相同的風(fēng)格,使之在北京再現(xiàn)
