近期工作地點(diǎn)：北京，兼職工作，預(yù)計(jì)三月開(kāi)始，第一階段為期2-3個(gè)月，50%時(shí)間需要出差。
長(zhǎng)期工作地點(diǎn)：北京為主，需出差至北京以外的工廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
職責(zé)：
- 審查現(xiàn)有關(guān)鍵流程（價(jià)值流圖、VSM），并規(guī)劃裝配及基礎(chǔ)木材/金屬/塑料制造運(yùn)營(yíng)的改進(jìn)路線圖，作為區(qū)域運(yùn)營(yíng)卓越項(xiàng)目的一部分。
- 與本地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)、全球運(yùn)營(yíng)卓越項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)及區(qū)域項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理合作。
職位要求：
- 運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擁有在國(guó)外/或中國(guó)制造業(yè)工作5年經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 工業(yè)工程或制造工程本科及以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先。
- 擁有LEAN、六西格瑪或類(lèi)似認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
- 商務(wù)英語(yǔ)水平，需掌握中文。
Operations excellence/ lean transformation expert

Near term work on site Beijing, part time work, assumed start March for 2-3 month phase 1 with 50% business trip.

Long term work based in Beijing with business travel to factory sites primarily in China.

Review current key processes (VSM, value stream mapping), and plan improvement roadmap for assembly and basic wood/metal/plastic manufacturing Operations as part of a regional Operations excellence program

work with local leadership team, global operational excellence project team and regional PM

Operations management experience 5 years+ experience abroad/or Chinabworking with manufacturing

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering prefered

certificates in LEAN, six sigma or similar a plus

business level English. Chinese required.
