I. Tasks & responsibilities

1. Ensuring the availability of materials at the right time, in the right quality, in the right quantity for the right customer while maintaining optimal stock levels and economical shipping way.
2. Independent order processing of files for specified client including deadline monitoring, co-ordination with process planning, production and shipping department
3. Set-up and maintenance of safety stock
4. Monitoring and controlling inventories of Semi-finished products and raw materials
5. Monitoring E & O stock, follow up action plan until stock is consumed up
6. Work with production planner on forecast communication
7. Clustering and monitor the development of inventory clusters
8. Delivery reliability
9. Coordinate production of claims and rework
10. Input data in SAP-system and keep up-to-date
11.Create transparency in supply chain
I. Basic skill requirements / Personal development
1. Good business knowledge with organizational talent and technical understanding
2. More than 2 years’ work experience in related field
3. Good English skills
4. Command of SAP system, MS office and other software programs
5. Proactive attitude in problem seeking- solving
6. Logical thinking & Numerical reasoning
7. Understanding of demand planning models, familiar with planning concepts
8. Be able to recognize complex relationships and work under high pressure
9. Good communication skills
