任職要求：
1. Use the customer sales management system and other relevant information to sell existing
customers by telephone or network to win new business.

5. Handle customer complaints and solve repeated customer complaints.
處理客戶投訴，解決重復出現(xiàn)的客訴。
6. Maintain a good cooperative relationship with other department teams to ensure the smooth progress of business.
與其他部門團隊形成良好合作關系，確保業(yè)務能順利推進。
7. To expand Trade Lane, increase the business volume of existing routes, improve market share and sell other products to customers (e.g. LCL, FCL, railway transportation, CFS).
拓展航線，增加現(xiàn)有航線業(yè)務量，提升市場份額而向客戶銷售其他產(chǎn)品（例如，拼箱、整箱、鐵路運輸、集裝箱貨運站服務）。
8. Regularly summarize and review the data, summarize the work to the boss and formulate the next action plan.
定期作數(shù)據(jù)匯總和回顧，向上司總結工作并制定下一步行動計劃。
9. Help outside sales team identify and confirm sales leads.
幫助外部銷售團隊識別和確認銷售線索。
工作職責：
1. Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, familiar with logistics, freight forwarding / telemarketing is preferred.
至少一到二年銷售經(jīng)驗，熟悉物流貨代/電話銷售優(yōu)先考慮。
2. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.

3. Knowledge of LCL industry, familiar with operation processes, trade lane and shipping market.

4. Have excellent presentation skills and self –motivated.

5. Good written and communication skills in English，CET-4 preferred.

6. Proficient in Windows operating system and Office software。
