新能源電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路
崗位內(nèi)容：
1.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品（如電池儲能系統(tǒng)、儲能柜等）的工藝需求分析、工藝路線制定及詳細(xì)方案設(shè)計(jì)，參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的可制造性評估，并設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化工藝流程。
2. 試產(chǎn)與量產(chǎn)支持：跟進(jìn)樣件試制、試產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目，驗(yàn)證工藝可行性及參數(shù)，分析并解決試產(chǎn)中的問題，推動產(chǎn)品順利轉(zhuǎn)入量產(chǎn)階段，并持續(xù)進(jìn)行工藝優(yōu)化以提升生產(chǎn)良率和效率。
3. 工藝文件編制與管理：編制、維護(hù)和更新各類工藝技術(shù)文件，包括工藝流程圖、控制計(jì)劃、PFMEA（過程失效模式與影響分析）、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書（SOP）等，確保生產(chǎn)活動有據(jù)可依。
4. 生產(chǎn)問題解決與優(yōu)化：負(fù)責(zé)解決量產(chǎn)過程中的工藝異常和技術(shù)問題，通過制程改善、節(jié)拍分析、良率提升等措施，保障生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)行，并致力于降低成本、提高效率。
5. 跨部門協(xié)作與培訓(xùn)：與研發(fā)、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)、設(shè)備等多個部門協(xié)作，推動工藝落地和問題解決；必要時對生產(chǎn)人員進(jìn)行工藝培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。
6. 產(chǎn)線與設(shè)備規(guī)劃：參與新產(chǎn)線的工藝規(guī)劃、設(shè)備選型、安裝調(diào)試及驗(yàn)收工作，提出工裝夾具需求并協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)布局。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工科類，機(jī)械、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 具備較強(qiáng)的數(shù)理化基礎(chǔ)和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域知識，熟練掌握常用軟件及工具；
3. 有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具有解決問題的能力和創(chuàng)新意識；
4. 有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和時間管理能力，能夠承受工作壓力。
