Key Responsibilities:
1. Support day-to-day operations across Finance and HR/Admin functions.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely Finance and HR/Admin support.
3. Handle general administrative tasks, including office supply management, report preparation, travel booking, and maintaining travel records, attendance record of staff .
4. Assist finance activities such as cashier duties, invoice verification and collection, travel reimbursement checks, and follow-up on internal SOPs.
5. Perform SAP data entry and maintain accurate system records.
6. Review local regulations and policies related to Finance and HR for both the Company and employees.
7. Participate in occasional business-related travel as required.
8. Perform other duties assigned by the reporting managers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Fresh graduates with fluent English or candidates with at least one year of accounting experience and good English proficiency.
3. Ability to work under challenges with strong communication skills; proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and strong work commitment.
