Main Responsibilities: 1. Manuscript & Peer-Review Management Handle the receipt, registration, and classification of domestic and international submissions; maintain an efficient peer-review workflow and follow up on review progress in a timely manner. 2. Academic Communication Serve as the main contact window for conferences; respond professionally and patiently to queries from authors and participants worldwide via Chinese/English emails, phone calls, and other channels. 3. Conference Materials Preparation Edit, typeset, and produce conference materials (e.g., programs, handbooks, name badges and other printed items). 4. On-site Conference Support Be prepared for short business trips (3–5 days) to major cities; participate in pre-conference preparations and on-site organization of international academic conferences to ensure smooth operation. 5. Post-conference Follow-up Archive conference materials, compile and analyze relevant data, and assist with the publication of conference proceedings and related tasks. Job Requirements: 1. Language Skills CET-6 or above (or equivalent); strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to use English as a working language to handle emails and documents. English majors who have passed TEM-4 / TEM-8 are preferred. 2. Software Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic image-editing skills (e.g., Photoshop). Familiarity with AI, Dreamweaver, or other design/web-editing tools is a plus. Core Competencies: 1.
