What You’ll Do
As a Brand Graphic Designer at Malbon, you’ll be the visual storyteller behind our China expansion — translating global energy into culturally relevant, high-impact design. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, e-com, social, and retail teams to bring Malbon’s aesthetic to life across all channels.
● Develop consumer-centric creative graphic design strategies and solution-driven execution
● Create bold, on-brand graphics for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, packaging, and offline activations
● Create highly relevant top-class graphic design solutions and ensure the accurate translation of those into tech packs, which include all relevant sketches, artworks, fit, material, color, and trimming information
● Collaborate with the Product Design team to ensure holistic storytelling
● Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer-and brand-focus
● Localize global creative assets with cultural nuance and visual sharpness
● Concept and execute key visuals for product drops, event promotions, and influencer collaborations
● Develop and maintain Malbon’s brand look and feel across all Chinese platforms (WeChat, RED, Douyin, Tmall, etc.)
● Support art direction for photoshoots and video content as needed
● Stay ahead of visual and cultural trends in both the golf and fashion/lifestyle scenes
● Review and approve production stages of graphic design creative execution
● Maximize results within the given budget and timeframes
● Can-do mindset, seeking solutions driven within the complex multiple overlapping creation calendars with limited time and resource
What We’re Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear
● Deep understanding of both Western and Chinese visual cultures
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
● Experience with motion graphics, typography, layout design, and color theory
● Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated taste, versatility, and brand thinking
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving creative environment
● Passion for golf, streetwear, youth culture, or all of the above is a big plus
