Requirements & Qualifications:
· Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
· Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and administrative affairs, preferably in logistics, transportation, port operations, or project-based industries.
· Technical Skills:
· Full mastery of labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with Integrated (ERP) software is a significant advantage. (Experience with Yonyou or similar systems is highly desirable.)
· Language Skills:
