招聘職位: 法務(wù) 崗位要求: 1. 法務(wù)經(jīng)驗 3 年以上,本科及以上學(xué)歷(法律專業(yè)),取得法律職業(yè)資格證為加分項;能夠獨立草擬勞動合同、與第三方的貿(mào)易合同(如服務(wù)采購、供應(yīng)商供貨、零部件采購等)。 2. 能夠處理公司 ICP 備案 相關(guān)事務(wù),有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。 3. 能夠處理 產(chǎn)品合規(guī)上市、App 合規(guī)上市 等問題,有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。 4. 能夠?qū)彶楹贤弦?guī)性,對第三方合同進(jìn)行法律風(fēng)險和合規(guī)性審查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并進(jìn)行修改,提前規(guī)避風(fēng)險。 5. 公司發(fā)生糾紛或爭議時,能夠處理并具備解決糾紛的能力。 6. 需承擔(dān)約 40% 的行政事務(wù)工作,包括辦公室日常事務(wù)處理。 7. 我們是外資企業(yè),有外資企業(yè)法務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 8. 有 跨境電商平臺合規(guī)化 經(jīng)驗,以及 國內(nèi)電商平臺合規(guī)化上架 經(jīng)驗者,為加分項。 9. 英語水平良好,滿分 10 分需達(dá)到 7 分以上,能夠提供中文合同的同時,根據(jù)需要起草英文合同。 待遇福利: 1. 周末雙休; 2. 薪資范圍 80,000 – 10,000 RMB/月,具體視能力而定; 3. 按照國家勞動法規(guī)定給予年假。 ? Position: Legal Counsel Requirements: 1. Over 3 years of legal experience, with a Bachelor’s degree or above in Law. Possession of a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate is a plus. Capable of independently drafting employment contracts and trade contracts with third parties (e.g. service procurement, supplier agreements, component purchases). 2. Able to manage company ICP registration procedures with relevant experience. 3. Experience in handling product compliance for market entry and app compliance for app store listing. 4. Able to review contract compliance, identify legal risks, suggest modifications, and mitigate risks before signing agreements with third parties. 5. Able to handle disputes and resolve conflicts when the company encounters legal disputes. 6. Approximately 40% administrative tasks in the office, including handling daily operational matters. 7. We are a foreign-invested enterprise; experience in legal work for foreign-invested companies is a strong plus. 8. Experience in cross-border e-commerce platform compliance and domestic e-commerce platform compliance for product listing is a plus. 9. English proficiency of minimum 7 out of 10; able to draft contracts in both Chinese and English as required. Compensation & Benefits: 1. Five-day work week, weekends off; 2. Monthly salary range: 8,000 – 10,000 RMB, depending on experience and capabilities; 3. Annual leave provided in accordance with Chinese Labor Law.
