【崗位職責(zé)】/ Responsibilities
- 參與美國(guó)住宅項(xiàng)目全流程設(shè)計(jì)，與總部建筑師及制圖人員協(xié)作，完成建筑方案及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)，用于提交 Planning / Building Permit（規(guī)劃與建筑許可）;
- Participate in the full-cycle design of U.S. residential projects, collaborating with headquarters architects and drafters to complete architectural design and construction drawings for Planning/Building Permit submissions.
- 協(xié)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、MEP 及其他顧問(wèn)，確保圖紙、設(shè)計(jì)文件及技術(shù)規(guī)范符合美國(guó)報(bào)批要求；
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure drawings, design documents, and technical specifications comply with U.S. approval requirements.
- 與總部技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)及高級(jí)建筑師保持密切溝通，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，協(xié)調(diào)各階段任務(wù)；
- Maintain close communication with the headquarters technical team and senior architects to drive project progress and coordinate tasks across all phases.
- 具備對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)文件的閱讀與理解能力，能進(jìn)行英文書(shū)面溝通與匯報(bào)；
- Ability to read and comprehend design documents, with proficiency in written English communication and reporting.
【任職要求】/ Qualification
- 至少2年行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備獨(dú)棟住宅/SB9項(xiàng)目/聯(lián)排別墅/社區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)等美國(guó)住宅項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience; candidates with U.S. residential project experience in Single Family Homes, SB9 Projects, Townhouses, or Community Development is preferred.
- 五年制建筑學(xué)學(xué)位，美國(guó)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或美國(guó)留學(xué)經(jīng)歷;
- Five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree; U.S. work experience or study abroad background is required.
- 加州注冊(cè)建筑師資質(zhì)（優(yōu)先考慮）;
- Licensed Architect in California (preferred).
- 精通Revit，掌握AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop 等設(shè)計(jì)軟件;
- Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.
- 熟練掌握美國(guó)建筑規(guī)范及州地方性法規(guī);
- Thorough understanding of U.S. building codes and state/local regulations.
- 具備從方案階段（Schematic Design）到設(shè)計(jì)深化（Design Development）再到施工圖（CD Documentation) 的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
- Experience spanning from Schematic Design and Design Development to Construction Documentation (CD) phases.

- Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of comprehending and utilizing English specifications for communication and reporting.
