崗位職責(zé)： - Lead and manage all project completion activities including system definition, punch list clearance, mechanical completion, load-out and turnover to client. - Coordinate across engineering, construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure smooth system handover. - Develop system completion strategies, procedures, and execution plans. - Maintain progress tracking for system and sub-system handover milestones. - Facilitate and participate in walk downs, punch list identification and close-out. - Report project completion status and KPIs to senior management and clients. - Ensure completions documentation is maintained and delivered per contract requirements. 崗位要求： - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process preferred). - 10+ years’ experience in systems completions, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and turnover on major oil & gas or FPSO projects. - Certification in completions or commissioning methodology is a plus. - In-depth understanding of project completions lifecycle: from construction completion through pre-commissioning to turnover. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interface management skills. - Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple system completions simultaneously. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs, high attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Strong stakeholder communication and cross-discipline collaboration. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Completions Management Systems. - Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams. - 15 + years in Oil & Gas industry, Experience in FPSO is beneficial. - Proven track record of completion management in the execution of EPC in Oil and Gas project and FPSO project experience would be preferred.
