崗位職責(zé)：
- Provide professional advice and assistance in contractual matters from project inception to contract close out
- Prepare contracts in coordination with engineering and HQ legal team
- Provide contracts administration for EPC projects
- Coordinate contract management activities
- Review scopes of contract and finalize contract documentation
- Prepare contract documents incorporating clarifications, negotiations, and qualifications
- Manage contracts by providing contractual support
- Ensure compliance of strategies, contracts, and variations with Company Regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and ethics in contractual matters
- Transfer job relevant knowledge and knowhow through training
崗位要求：
- Related Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Native-level English with excellent business English communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin
- Experience in drafting various contracts
- Knowledge of Oil industry standards and international environmental regulations
- Proficient in business correspondence, contract verbiage, and report writing
- Understanding of compensation mechanisms for engineering, procurement, and services
- Knowledge of Contracts Law including arbitration
- Ability to work independently with responsibility
- Computer literate in database/spreadsheet and relevant software
- Leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to transfer internationally and spend extended durations at work sites
- 15+ years in Oil & Gas industry with EPC and FPSO project experience preferred
