Hotel Handyman Job Responsibilities / 酒店萬能工崗位職責
1. **Maintenance & Repairs 設備維護與修理**
- Perform routine maintenance of hotel facilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- 負責酒店設施的日常維護(如管道、電路、暖通、木工等)。
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems promptly.
- 及時排查并修復故障設備或系統(tǒng)。
2. **Guest Support 賓客支持**
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests (e.g., broken fixtures, lighting issues).
- 處理客房維修請求(如設備損壞、照明問題)。
- Ensure minimal disruption to guests during repairs.
- 維修期間盡量減少對客人的干擾。
3. **Preventive Maintenance 預防性維護**
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- 定期檢查設施,預防潛在問題。
- Follow the hotel’s preventive maintenance schedule.

4. **Safety & Compliance 安全與合規(guī)**
