一、崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities**
1. **財(cái)務(wù)管理與監(jiān)督**
- 負(fù)責(zé)酒店日常財(cái)務(wù)管理工作,包括預(yù)算編制、成本控制、會計(jì)核算及財(cái)務(wù)報表審核。
- Supervise daily financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, accounting, and financial statement review.
2. **預(yù)算與成本控制**
- 協(xié)助制定年度財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算,監(jiān)控預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況,提出優(yōu)化建議以提升酒店盈利能力。
- Assist in annual budget preparation, monitor budget execution, and propose improvements to enhance profitability.
3. **財(cái)務(wù)報告與分析**
- 定期向管理層提交財(cái)務(wù)分析報告,提供經(jīng)營決策支持。
- Prepare periodic financial analysis reports and provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
4. **稅務(wù)與合規(guī)**
- 確保酒店稅務(wù)申報合規(guī),協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部審計(jì)工作。
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate internal/external audits.
5. **團(tuán)隊(duì)管理**
- 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),優(yōu)化工作流程,提升部門效率。
- Lead the finance team, streamline processes, and improve departmental efficiency.
6. **系統(tǒng)與流程優(yōu)化**
- 維護(hù)財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行,推動數(shù)字化工具應(yīng)用。
- Maintain financial systems and promote digital tools for automation.
7. **跨部門協(xié)作**
- 與其他部門溝通,確保財(cái)務(wù)政策落地。
- Collaborate with other departments to implement financial policies.
二、任職要求 / Requirements**
1. **教育背景**
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)、會計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
2. **工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)**
- 5年以上酒店或服務(wù)業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 5+ years in hotel/service industry finance, with 3+ years in managerial roles.
3. **技能要求**
- 精通財(cái)務(wù)軟件(如SAP、Oracle)及Excel,熟悉當(dāng)?shù)刎?cái)稅法規(guī)。
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel; knowledge of local tax laws.
4. **個人素質(zhì)**
- 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備抗壓能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
- Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and teamwork.
