主要工作職責(zé)（Key Responsibilities）?
  1. 負責(zé)公司業(yè)務(wù)的操作與跟進，涵蓋危險品運輸、空運、整箱（FCL）及拼箱（LCL）等物流服務(wù)，確保貨物運輸各環(huán)節(jié)合規(guī)且順暢銜接。?
  1. 與國外代理保持密切溝通，高效處理危險品訂單確認、貨物追蹤、單據(jù)傳遞等事宜，及時響應(yīng)對方需求并解決合作中的問題。?
  1. 負責(zé)危險品物流單據(jù)的制作、審核與歸檔，包括提單、報關(guān)單、危包證、裝箱單等，確保單據(jù)信息準(zhǔn)確無誤且符合行業(yè)規(guī)范、國際法規(guī)及客戶要求。?
  1. 協(xié)調(diào)與船公司、航空公司、報關(guān)行、危險品倉庫等相關(guān)方的合作，跟進危險品訂艙、報關(guān)、查驗、運輸?shù)攘鞒?，保障貨物按時合規(guī)進出港。?
  1. 監(jiān)控危險品運輸狀態(tài)，及時向客戶及國外代理反饋物流信息，處理運輸過程中可能出現(xiàn)的異常情況（如查驗延誤、包裝問題等），降低安全風(fēng)險。?
任職要求（Qualifications & Requirements）?
  1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理、國際貿(mào)易、化工等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，具備 1-3 年危險品國際物流相關(guān)操作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。?
  1. 英文聽說讀寫能力熟練，能夠流暢進行英文郵件往來及口語溝通，可獨立與國外代理進行危險品業(yè)務(wù)對接。?
  1. 熟悉危險品國際物流操作流程，了解不同類別危險品（如 DG）的運輸規(guī)則、國際法規(guī)（如 IMDG Code）及港口特殊要求（如青島港 VGS 申報等）。?
  1. 具備較強的安全意識、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、問題解決能力及抗壓能力，工作認真負責(zé)，注重細節(jié)。?
  1. 熟練使用 Office 辦公軟件及物流管理系統(tǒng)，持有危險品相關(guān)操作證書者優(yōu)先。?

Key Responsibilities?

  1. Maintain close communication with foreign agents, efficiently handle dangerous goods order confirmation, cargo tracking, document transmission and other matters, timely respond to their needs and solve problems in cooperation.?
  1. Be responsible for the preparation, review and filing of dangerous goods logistics documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, dangerous goods packaging certificates, packing lists, etc., to ensure that the document information is accurate and meets industry standards, international regulations and customer requirements.?

Coordinate cooperation with shipping companies, airlines, customs brokers, dangerous goods warehouses and other relevant parties, follow up the processes of dangerous goods booking, customs declaration, inspection, transportation, etc., to ensure that goods enter and exit the port on time and in compliance with regulations.?
