I. On-site Engineering Support
1.Port Coordination
- Apply for port entry permits in advance via the port website, monitor daily berthing schedules and report updates, and complete annual port registration.
- Submit work orders to the port and coordinate on-site field operations.
2.Shipyard Liaison
- Maintain communication with shipyard operational representatives, transmit work orders via email, and notify shipowners of boarding arrangements in advance.
- After boarding, send work orders and on-site photos to the headquarters project manager and update progress in the ERP system.
II. Procurement Support
1.Order Execution
- Receive and archive orders from headquarters, place orders with suppliers, and track delivery progress. Upon arrival, provide component details to headquarters.
- Synchronize order status in the ERP system, request invoices from suppliers on schedule, and arrange payments.
III. Administrative & Financial Assistance
1.General Administration
- Manage office supplies procurement, file and archive company documents /contracts, and company seal usage.
- Handle other general office logistics and related tasks.
2.Financial Coordination
- Assist accountants with bank transactions and ledger reconciliation, regularly reporting fund status to overseas stakeholders.
- Organize employee expense claims, track approval progress, facilitate timely payments, and provide feedback.
3.HR Support
- Record on-site engineers’ attendance based on work orders and assist with payroll calculations.
4. Other Tasks
- Handle other duties assigned by leadership and necessary field work.
- process data into the companies ERP system.
- Optimize ERP usage
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Working language: English. Preferred majors:Accounting, Administration, English, or related fields.
2. Skills:
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Basic financial knowledge and familiarity with bank transaction processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
3. Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in accounting/administration; candidates with combined
finance and administrative experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
4. Others:
- Integrity and ability to maintain financial and company confidentiality.

1. 碼頭協(xié)調
- 提前在碼頭網站申請進港許可,每日跟蹤靠泊計劃并匯報,完成年度碼頭備案。
- 向碼頭提交工作單,協(xié)調現(xiàn)場外勤事務。
2. 船廠對接
- 與船廠經營代表保持聯(lián)系,通過郵件傳遞工作單,提前通知船東登輪安排。
- 登輪后,將工作單及現(xiàn)場照片發(fā)送至總部項目經理,并在ERP 系統(tǒng)更新進度。
二、采購支持
1. 訂單執(zhí)行
- 接收并歸檔總部訂單,向供應商下單并跟蹤交貨進度,到貨后提供配件相關信息至總部。
- 在ERP 系統(tǒng)同步更新訂單狀態(tài),按期索取發(fā)票并安排付款。
三、行政與財務輔助
1. 日常行政
- 管理辦公用品采購、文件合同歸檔及印章使用。
- 辦公室后勤的其他相關工作。
2. 財務對接
- 協(xié)助會計處理銀行收付、流水核對,定期向國外反饋資金情況。
- 整理員工報銷單據(jù),跟蹤審批進度,及時付款并反饋。
3. HR 輔助
- 根據(jù)工作單記錄現(xiàn)場工程師考勤,輔助工資核算。
4. 其他工作
- 領導交辦的其他相關工作,以及必要的外勤工作。
- 將數(shù)據(jù)錄入公司ERP 系統(tǒng).
- 優(yōu)化ERP 系統(tǒng)的使用
任職要求
1. 教育背景:
- 本科及以上學歷,工作語言為英語,會計、行政管理、英語等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 技能要求:
- 熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力
- 熟悉基礎財務知識,掌握銀行賬務處理流程。
- 熟練使用OFFICE 辦公軟件(Excel、Word)。
- 具備良好的溝通能力,責任心強,注重細節(jié)。
3. 經驗要求:
- 1 年以上出納或行政相關工作經驗,有財務+行政復合經驗者優(yōu)先。
- 有船舶行業(yè)行政經驗者優(yōu)先。
4. 其他:
- 誠實守信,嚴守財務及公司機密。
