崗位職責:
1. 負責國際班班級日常教學活動,確保一日流程完成;
2. 參與幼兒園的課程設(shè)計,不斷更新和完善教學內(nèi)容。
3. 配合進行教研活動,完成園所教研工作;
4.維護幼兒的健康和安全,確保提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育環(huán)境;
5.負責班級孩子的家長溝通工作;
6.其他園所安排相關(guān)工作。
任職要求:
1. 大學??埔陨蠈W前教育等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.英文流利,有國際班主班教師3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3.能夠理解不同年齡階段兒童的成長需求;
4.具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神,能有效地與家長和同事溝通;
5.有責任心,能夠獨立完成分配的任務(wù);
