崗位職責(zé) 1. 戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與目標(biāo)制定:結(jié)合渠道銷(xiāo)售模式特點(diǎn)及市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),制定符合公司發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)期銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略與年度銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo),精準(zhǔn)分解至各渠道團(tuán)隊(duì)及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商,確保目標(biāo)落地。 2. 渠道團(tuán)隊(duì)與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商管理:負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的搭建、培訓(xùn)及日常管理,同時(shí)統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商體系的建設(shè)與維護(hù),制定科學(xué)的團(tuán)隊(duì)及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商績(jī)效考核與激勵(lì)機(jī)制,提升團(tuán)隊(duì)及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商的銷(xiāo)售能力與業(yè)績(jī),強(qiáng)化渠道凝聚力。 3. 市場(chǎng)與客戶(hù)拓展:基于渠道模式開(kāi)展市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與競(jìng)品分析,洞察渠道市場(chǎng)需求及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商優(yōu)化銷(xiāo)售策略;依托現(xiàn)有經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商資源深耕市場(chǎng),同時(shí)推動(dòng)新經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商開(kāi)發(fā)與新渠道拓展,擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)覆蓋。 4. 銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)與渠道協(xié)同:參與重要經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商的合作談判及合同簽訂,規(guī)范渠道銷(xiāo)售流程;協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商的高效對(duì)接,保障產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)與交付,協(xié)助經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商處理終端客戶(hù)問(wèn)題,維護(hù)渠道口碑。 5. 跨部門(mén)協(xié)作:聯(lián)動(dòng)市場(chǎng)、生產(chǎn)等部門(mén),向經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商傳遞公司產(chǎn)品信息及政策,同時(shí)反饋渠道市場(chǎng)需求,助力產(chǎn)品適配與政策優(yōu)化,保障渠道銷(xiāo)售順暢。 6. 銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)分析:定期匯總分析渠道銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商表現(xiàn),評(píng)估銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況,為渠道策略調(diào)整、經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商管理提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。 Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Develop long-term sales strategies and annual sales targets aligned with company growth, incorporating channel sales characteristics and market dynamics. Ensure precise target allocation to channel teams and distributors for effective implementation. 2. Channel Team and Distributor Management: Build, train, and manage sales teams while overseeing distributor system development. Design performance assessment and incentive mechanisms to enhance team/distributor capabilities and drive channel cohesion. 3. Market and Customer Expansion: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify channel demands and trends. Guide teams/distributors in optimizing sales strategies, deepen market penetration via existing resources, and develop new distributors/channels. 4. Sales Business and Channel Coordination: Participate in key distributor negotiations and contract signings; standardize channel processes. Coordinate internal resources for efficient distributor support, ensure product supply/delivery, and assist in resolving end-customer issues. 5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing/production teams to communicate product policies to distributors, while relaying market feedback for product/policy optimization. 6. Sales Data Analysis: Compile and analyze channel sales data and distributor performance regularly; evaluate target achievement and provide data-driven insights for strategy adjustments.
任職要求 1. 學(xué)歷與專(zhuān)業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備扎實(shí)的工業(yè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)基礎(chǔ),理工科相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):10年以上銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中5年以上銷(xiāo)售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉渠道銷(xiāo)售模式,擁有工業(yè)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)歷,具備豐富經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商資源者優(yōu)先。 3. 能力素質(zhì):具備出色的渠道管理能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力及跨部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)能力;對(duì)工業(yè)市場(chǎng)有敏銳洞察力,能精準(zhǔn)把握渠道動(dòng)態(tài)與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商需求,具備較強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題解決能力和抗壓能力。 4. 技能要求:熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件及銷(xiāo)售管理工具,掌握渠道數(shù)據(jù)分析方法;具備優(yōu)秀的商務(wù)談判技巧,能有效維護(hù)與拓展經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商合作。 5. 語(yǔ)言能力:英語(yǔ)CET-4及以上,具備良好的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力,可滿足日常英文商務(wù)溝通需求。 Requirements: 1. Experience: 10+ years in sales (5+ in management), proven channel sales expertise, industrial background, and extensive distributor networks (preferred). 3. Skills: Exceptional channel/team management, cross-department coordination, industrial market insight, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure. 4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/sales tools, channel data analysis, and business negotiation. 5. Language: CET-4 or above with strong English communication skills for daily business.
