??Utilize advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates on databases, job boards, social media sites and other channels that meet required criteria.

??Independently handle social recruitment as strategic business partner.

??Actively participant in the full life-cycle recruitment including job posting / candidate sourcing / screening / shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, offer approval process, etc.
?積極參與全流程招聘,包括職位發(fā)布、候選人尋源、篩選、短名單確定,推動業(yè)務(wù)部門與候選人面試,錄用審批流程等。
??Deeply involve in Campus recruitment, including vendor & cross-function communication, promotion, interviewing, Open Day coordination and Offer releasing, etc.
?深度參與校園招聘,包括供應(yīng)商及跨部門溝通、宣傳推廣、面試、開放日協(xié)調(diào)及錄用通知發(fā)放等。
??Update recruitment dashboard on daily basis to keep accurate track of interview progress.
?每日更新招聘數(shù)據(jù)看板,準確跟蹤面試進度。
??Support team to set and maintain candidate databases as well as recruitment related website promotion.
?支持團隊建立并維護候選人數(shù)據(jù)庫,以及招聘相關(guān)網(wǎng)站的推廣。
??Perform other assignments required by leaders.

任職要求
?Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, business, human resources or related major.
?本科及以上學(xué)歷,管理、商科、人力資源或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
??Minimum 5 years working experience as head-hunter or in-house recruiter for manufacturing industry.
?至少5年制造業(yè)獵頭或內(nèi)部招聘專員工作經(jīng)驗。
??Experienced in communicating and updating all levels of stakeholders.
?具備與各級別利益相關(guān)者溝通和匯報的經(jīng)驗。
??Campus Recruitment Project experience will be a plus.
?有校園招聘項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
