職位概述 / General Responsibilities
成本會計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)確保生產(chǎn)成本的準(zhǔn)確性并維護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本，進(jìn)行成本差異分析并跟蹤，協(xié)助ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施，協(xié)助在啟東工廠新ERP系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置物料清單（BOM）和工藝路線。The cost accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of production costs and maintaining standard costs. They conduct cost variance analysis and tracking, assist in ERP system implementation, and help set up Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing in the new ERP system for the Qidong site.
工作職責(zé) / Specific Duties
分析并計(jì)算生產(chǎn)成本，包括直接材料、直接人工和制造費(fèi)用Analyze and calculate production costs, including direct materials, direct labor, and overhead.
進(jìn)行差異分析，識別成本節(jié)約領(lǐng)域和低效環(huán)節(jié)Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of cost savings and inefficiencies.
為管理層準(zhǔn)備成本報(bào)告和演示材料Prepare cost reports and presentations for management.
協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)規(guī)劃與分析Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
監(jiān)控庫存水平和成本，執(zhí)行實(shí)物盤點(diǎn)和差異核對Monitor inventory levels and costs, conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
協(xié)助庫存估值和銷售成本確定Assist in inventory valuation and determination of cost of goods sold.
參與年度預(yù)算和成本預(yù)測編制Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and cost forecasts.
監(jiān)控實(shí)際成本與預(yù)算金額的差異并提供解釋Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts and provide variance explanations.
審核并更新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本Review and update standard costs.
確保成本的準(zhǔn)確記錄和分?jǐn)侲nsure accurate recording and allocation of costs.
協(xié)助內(nèi)外部審計(jì)工作Assist in internal and external audits.
任職資格 / Qualifications
會計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
至少3年成本會計(jì)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少3年總賬（GL）和報(bào)表經(jīng)驗(yàn)At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field, with at least 3 years in general ledger (GL) and reporting.
較強(qiáng)的分析和問題解決能力Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
精通Excel和會計(jì)軟件Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
注重細(xì)節(jié)和準(zhǔn)確性Attention to detail and accuracy.
