Main Responsibilities:
? Quality control of raw materials, supplier quality management, quality system,
product quality control, customer complaints.
? Establish, maintain, and improve the quality, environmental, and health and
safety management system in accordance with ISO standards.
? Organize internal audits within the company and assist the General Manager in
conducting management reviews.
? Organize and coordinate relevant second-party and third-party audits.
? Track and verify the corrective and preventive measures formulated after internal
and external audits.
? Lead the establishment of objectives for the department and assist other
departments in setting, tracking, managing, and achieving objectives in
accordance with the company's quality, environmental, and health and safety
goals.
? Supplier quality management.
? Quality control of raw materials.
? Product quality control.
? Quality certification of new products.
? Process quality control.
? Measurement system control.
? Handling of customer complaints.
? Monitor the work performance of the department.
? Performance evaluation of subordinate employees.
? Implement applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, requirements of
relevant parties, and company policies.
The Incumbent:
? Bachelor's degree (or above) in automation, machinery, or other related
engineering disciplines.
? Over 5 years of relevant quality management experience in foreign
manufacturing enterprises. Familiar with quality management.
? Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
? Proficient in operating office software.
? Possess excellent leadership skills, influence, cohesion, initiative, and
communication abilities, as well as problem-solving and project management
skills.
