This position is overseeing the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and efficient daily operational activities, process improvement and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, the operations team and management to address project specifications, timelines and general queries.
- Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize process efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain documentation related to inspections, audits and accurate administrative data to provide analysis for decision-making.
- Participate in project management to coordinate workflow and assisting the operations.
- Arrange and manage team meetings, training sessions, and other relevant activities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
- Report to Operation Manager and Regional Director.
Qualification / Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields, ideally with apparels merchandising background in EU buying office
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft and quality management tools
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated, well organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player
