MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責(zé)任概要 :
Proactively develops and manages sales staff and sales efforts. Communicates hotel’s sales strategy and ensures sales staff executes sales strategy. Manage annual planning process for goal setting, budgeting and staffing. Manage department budget and sales administrative functions. As appropriate, responsible for achieving individual sales goals and account management.

1.Select, develop and manage sales staff.

2.Provide sales leadership for all levels of hotel sales staff. Actively coach and mentor associates to ensure ongoing sales skill development and performance improvement.

3.With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy. Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented. Actively monitor performance against goals and provide constructive feedback.
根據(jù)酒店?duì)I收管理,發(fā)展酒店銷售策略。 確保銷售策略被充分理解并貫徹執(zhí)行。根據(jù)銷售目標(biāo)積極監(jiān)測(cè)員工業(yè)績(jī)并提供建設(shè)性的反饋。
4.Manage all sales administrative functions to include goal setting, bonus program administration, Golden Circle, etc.
管理好所有的銷售行政工作以確保銷售目標(biāo)制定,獎(jiǎng)金分配和Golden Circle等工作的順利開(kāi)展。
5. Assist Director of Marketing, and act as one of sales contacts for General Manager, property leaders, Sales Centre and Cluster Sales leaders. As hotel sales leader, understand and accurately represent individual property sales needs.

6.Serve as hotel authority on sales processes and sales contracts.

7.Act as hotel sales contact for customers. Serve as customers advocate.

8. Develop and execute strategy to meet assigned individual booking goals.
