Job Responsibilities
1.Active participation in logistic operations by effectively managing inbound logistics, serialization activity and management of reference standard to support new launch project by close partnership with all commercial stakeholders and global supply chain network.
2.Monitor and drive attainment of all logistic KPIs against annual target.
3.Lead/support ad hoc project for process/ performance improvement purpose.
Key Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with overseas Logistics Center, Forwarder, Commercial, QA & Importer on logistics affairs to assure supply continuity.
2.Timely verify the required shipping documents, ensure the goods deliver on time, follow up the goods transit process, assist the importer to solve the problems in the process of importation process.
3.Investigate the root cause and develop the improvement plan in case there is any deviation in the transit process such as documentation error, transit delay, goods integrity and temperature excursion etc.
4.Responsible for daily serialization operation management by acting as a POC to the local traceability platform(MSFX) and maintain operation on local traceability platform for uploading and downloading traceability code.
5.Responsible for serialization project management by acting as a liaison to global serialization team and manufacturing site to assure serialization compliance on new product launch.
6.Support on traceability code verification associated with artwork and shipping case label to be change.
7.Responsible for Reference standards management, such as monitoring vendor performance, placing orders to Site/vendor based on the appropriate inventory level, tracking the status of purchase order and tackle the issue associated with import logistic etc.
8.Organize quarterly call with international forwarder and reference standard supplier to review the Key Performance Index to assure the annual target is met.
9.Responsible for contacting with commercial team for confirming order forecast and timely adjust the order arrangement, monitor the order status to ensure the supply of goods and support to investigate related quality complaint if needed.
10. Stay abreast of the regulatory and commercial changing environment to proactively identify and manage the potential supply risk.
11. Evaluate logistic plan and issue alert to local commercials and other associated stakeholders for potential supply interruption arising from logistic issues.
12. Support the Global Supply Chain /Local commercial related projects to be implemented in China, including the new product launch etc.
Required Qualification
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain management or International Trade is preferred.
2.3-5 years’ operations and experience in the pharmaceutical industry in logistics, reference standard and Drug Traceability code management is required.
3.Excellent communication, influence and interpersonal skills.
4.Language proficiency in English and mandarin is essential .
